re: HR 391 (Water Access Rights) Passes 5-3 in committee - Scrowe on 4/20/18 at 11:16 am
Come on, man. I understand where ya'll are coming from, but you have to see the triviality of that argument. How is it any different from someone walking onto private land from a public road? The only difference is who built the road and who dug the canal.
First thing is, law enfo...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

You're trying with a gotcha, but there are already rulings on area above the physical ground that landowners own...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

You know the answer in the long run is going to be: Those fish aren't his fish that can swim freely on and off his property, we have a right to his land to catch those fish!...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: HR 391 (Water Access Rights) Passes 5-3 in committee - Scrowe on 4/19/18 at 2:05 pm
We have lots of acreage that was land before structures were put in in north Louisiana that the government impacted to create a flood control for a public duck hunting lake. As a landowner in this situation we just have to be ok with what was once private recreational property just becoming public? ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: HR 391 (Water Access Rights) Passes 5-3 in committee - Scrowe on 4/19/18 at 1:19 pm
Yeah, it's a terrible way to manage land. It should be changed. I know land owners don't want to give a single inch of their land, but unfortunately what they purchased has changed a lot since the 1800s. Louisiana needs to have some mechanism to protect it's assets like pretty much every othe...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)
re: It appears that Zuckerberg lied to Congress - Scrowe on 4/12/18 at 5:31 am
Because FB operates as a neutral public forum, 230 of the CDA comes into play. And Zuck was asked that.
Hopefully they lose this, their neutrality is in question with the actions they have taken with account closures, post blocking, and an employee termination....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)

Tragic times for boats and guns, I think someone mentioned while boating in an active volcano as well. Our outdoorsmen are hardcore, no terrain too tough to explore! ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: These tariffs on China will kill the oil industry. - Scrowe on 3/22/18 at 6:27 pm
I don't understand the freak out about a country that we get less than 5% of our steel from. Our other trade partners will gladly absorb it. China treats their employees like garbage with poor conditions, wages, etc and everyone is OK buying their products. On the other hand we have people shout ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: I know everyone likes Will Wade, but... - Scrowe on 3/19/18 at 9:22 pm
This site is too emotional. Next year we will have a totally different caliber of talent and guys Wade recruited for his style of coaching. He took lemons and made lemonade this year. Poor ending to an overachieving year....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: List of websites/channels censored by Google, Youtube, and Facebook - Scrowe on 3/10/18 at 8:55 am
Don't forget that google is protected by the government through regulation. Allowing them to shite on companies while not having to pay data trafficking and hiding under the disguise of just being a search engine. Google, thanks to regulation can have their cake and eat it too. Those saying it'...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Nationwide student walkout being planned because of Congress inaction on gun control - Scrowe on 2/17/18 at 1:34 pm
So they are going to protest whenever over 50 million (not even counting private school attendence) students attend public schools and since 2010 there have been less than 500 injuries and deaths. The chance of a child experiencing this tragedy is so low yet folks want to torch and pitchfork about i...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
As someone who has worked in healthcare analytics and finance for the last 10 years, I am very interested to hear how you came up with this pricing structure.
We can all patiently wait, but you know that isn't going to happen....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Will wade make LSU Basketball great again - Scrowe on 1/14/18 at 12:26 pm
1 loss being Kentucky... Way to post blind stats without substance. They are doing great so far considering they were picked to finish last in the SEC and have already surpassed last year's win total....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
