Hopefully it keeps up. I see Italy is still getting about 4500 new case a day and 750 deaths a day. Hopefully their numbers start declining soon.

I imagine a large factor is people getting tested early on were in bad shape or had underlying age/health risk factors.
Now you’re starting to see more “normal” cases get tested. Which results in higher positive numbers but lower death, hospitalizations, etc.
Of course it could also be that those bad numbers don’t happen for a couple of weeks after having the disease, so they could still jump

Ouch.

Pretty high positive test percentage over the past two days.
And I'm surprised that today was the lowest number of new test done in almost two weeks. Hopefully that's a good sign and not because of a lack of testing.
