If she had lawyered up instead of just ignored them, would she have been able to obstruct and delay enough to get Schwab to just give up and settle?

In Schwab’s position, I’d have let the $1.2 mil go, just to keep this story private. It doesn’t inspire confidence in them as wealth managers, unless your name is Kelyn Spadoni.
