EDIT: Dammit. I read the letter and now I want to play. If my child weren't involved, I'd take the opportunity to troll the frick out of her. Go to parent/teacher conferences and try to see how many feminine pronouns and titles I could refer to her as. Send her daily postcards and greeting cards that respectfully use feminine pronouns to refer to her. Invite her into the kitchen. You know, standard stuff.
Of course, if it were my child, that shite would not fly and I'd be looking into alternate arrangements, either with a new teacher or a new school.
