As a person who has lunches and has meetings where we all jerk each other off, I can promise you that I need you pleebs to cover my basic shite, while I learn more about how to become my boss

And the person who willingly takes up the slack, reaps the benefits... it's a filter for the best in-house candidate

I thought I had heard all the buzzwords, but was introduced to a new one a few weeks back. When describing their level of transparency offered, this guy described it as “open kimono”.

The abject inability of anyone to speak up and say “No, that is a bad idea” or if you do it is career suicide.

The word “Deliverables”

I agree.

In fact, we should propose solutions that help restructure legacy systems to make them more proactive, not reactive for today's modern workforce to encourage mobility, flexibility, and resilliency.

In doing so, it means taking a holistic approach to transitional concepts that take advantage of open-source systems that are functional, responsive, and with a balanced approach. This allows for a more organic, future-proof multi-platformed streamlined world-class ecosystem that empowers the individual with the agility to passionately innovate.

Moving forward it should be key that organizations key into their ability to ideate the value add of such bleeding-edge concepts.

Validate the process using cross-functional teams.

and yes to "Bandwidth". Why not just say you are overloaded and cannot do your job. Replacing "slammed" with "bandwidth" does not make you any less of a slacker.

My favorite isn't a single word, but reference to "Einstein's definition of insanity."

That easily won buzzword bingo at our last sales meeting.

Thanks for the cross-functional double click!

It shows up in the civil engineering world, but nothing like the world of business consultants. I went to a couple of networking meetings with pure business consultants...

We must, as an organization, capitalize on our resources to leverage our collective strengths, and capture value by keeping this thread topic evergreen. Let’s set up a workshop so we can circle back and regroup on the topic.
