I’ve had the Redwing Weekender Chukka for the last year that I wear for work. I work in the office and out in the field so they’ve been great.

Red Wing had a Merchant line that was perfect. If you happen to like anything Red Wing doesn't make anymore just contact Red Wing and they can track down a pair in store. I found my pair all the way in Montana that they shipped to my house.

I’ve had several Thursday Boots. I’ve also paid a bit more for the Red Wing Heritage ones. Thursday always lasts a good bit longer. I’ve probably had 4 different pair and they have all been great.

I have been rocking the red wing work boots for quite some time. It’s got the rubber soles on them so they don’t slip and are water proof.

They last me a very long time. I have several for various reasons

I just wear Skechers that zip on the side if I have to go in the field or it’s cold and wet. I hate lace up boots and cowboy boots are dumb unless you are a cowboy.

I have both the Redwing Iron Ranger 8112 and Alden Indy 405 and while I’m not sure the Indy boots are fully broken in yet, the Iron Rangers fit much better and it’s not even close. I wear the Iron Rangers 10X more.
Had a pair of Wolverine 1000 mile but sold them. Too dressy when I already had the Alden’s.
Redwing Iron Ranger all day long.

I normally don't wear boots anymore, unless I'm on the job site, then it's steel toed.

But I still rock my brown Doc Marten's occasionally. Like the past few days when it was too cold for tennis shoes.

Good timing. Crockett & Jones just started their Winter Sale with up to 30% off. I have a few pairs that are comfortable and look better with age. They have lots of boots that look great with jeans.

I have 2 pairs of these.

Guys have made fun of the white, but they get them anyway and never look at another pair of work boot.

I've had Ariat, Justin, Red Wing and wolverine boots just to name a few.

Red Wing were by far the worst, heaviest, and most uncomfortable boots I've ever owned.

The wolverines, while ugly, felt like wearing a tennis shoe. The leather was just too thin and the soles wore smooth too quick.

I've had my first tony lamas for about 8 years now. I still wear them to work in. My other pair I have when the first one finally wears out.

Bought these off Huckberry when I booked a trip to Glacier National Park in Montana earlier this year. Did a metric shite ton of hiking and gained tons of elevation and descents. These things beasted and still look amazing.

Warning: The soles of this shoe are such that Danner does not extend the lifetime repair offer on this model.

Otherwise, these were comfortable-tennis shoe comfortable-out of the box. I could wear these daily. Required zero break in time.

frick the Poors who might dog a $245 pair of boots. Worth every penny and BIFL quality.
