Pretty sure the normal teen variety. My wife saw the Nextdoor post and got nosy and passed by the scene. She saw the cops and saw a lady on her knees crying with others hugging her. I think they actually live there.

Family rented house. Teen went to “take out trash” but car pulls up, got in car, likely drug deal gone wrong in street. On cameras.
