WBRZ reporter at 6 said she saw video of teen talking to people in SUV, then being dragged by SUV down the street. They showed family members. I could not tell if they were middle Eastern or African American.

No 15 year old is randomly killed in that part of town. There is no doubt some shady activity that led to this.

This case will go cold quickly I am sure. This area is - or used to be - known as a pretty solid part of town. If you visit any establishments (gas stations, pharmacies, etc) in the Perkins / college drive corridor, you will how fricked this city has become.
