I think you picked the link with the absolute least amount of information on this situation. This is laughable that they even published this.
My wife had her last treatment today. She was doing TCHP. I am sorry you are having to go through it. I don't wish it on my worst enemy.

I don't want to scare you, but the medicine in our experience lives up to the hype.

What to expect: Normally the 2nd and 3rd day post treatment was the worst of it. each treatment. Mostly nausea fatigue, bowels, etc.. then gets less through day 7, then it was relatively normal until the next treatment and it repeats until the last treatment. She would get treatment on Thursday and would feel Ok on Friday, but was pretty miserable all weekend. She would start feeling better on Monday and was feeling somewhat back to normal on Thursday.I was able to work normally, the weekend after treatment was the time she needed someone the most.

The first infusion felt like it was the worst, but I think it was just because we really did not have any idea what to expect. You have to learn how to manage the side effects, make sure she drinks plenty of fluid/ electrolytes, we ended up in ER for severe dehydration. I think the subsequent treatments may feel worse, but you learn better to manage the side effects and they felt more manageable.

To be honest, the immediate side effects were not what made our experience so bad, it was all the other things that happened to us as a result of the compromised immunity. We had 2 infected port sites, incredibly painful inflammatory responses in the back and knee that immobilized her. We had several hospital stays for infections, currently still battling an infection in the knee that has limited her to a walker and she is only 38. I was aware of the side effects of chemo, but was not expecting all the other things that we would be experiencing as a result of the compromised immunity. I think we had a really bad experience to be honest, and I don't think as many people experience what my wife did, but I wanted to at least give you an idea, I wish I knew so I was more prepared for what could be.

Happy to answer any questions if you want to DM me. Godspeed my friend.

I save my posts for major aviation incidents and coaching searches.

Yes. I came for insider airport gossip, not facts. I was looking for the guy whose uncle works ground crew and already has blurry cell phone pictures.

re: Dual Jet Burner and 20 lb tank

You really have to put the 20lb tank in a tub of water. A 30 psi regulator will freeze up the tank and reduce your heat output or cause your flame to go out. It always seems to freeze right before it comes back to a boil after you drop crawfish. The water trick works great. I use an old cooler.
Crawfish on the Geaux still has the best flavor IMO, but you are right, They are really overpriced and the size/quality has gone down.

That washer is some of the best money I have spent. Works Great.
You could be on to something and I dig some of the stuff you do, but I think you should get rid of the "BootUp" Customs logo and go with the logo on the tongue of the shoe as the main logo. That is a much more marketable and attractive logo. The other one seems too much like a hobby/startup MS paint/word kinda creation. The hoody details are cool. I would probably get one with the other logo on the front, but I would never wear something with the one that says "BootUp Customs" Just my opinion. Create a hat with the Tongue logo and I bet you sell a bunch. Best of Luck to you!!

I wear the Salt Optics the most.

Same. Salt are best quality frame and lens I have ever seen. Pricey, but are one of the only brand I would say may be worth the price. Only problem is really hard to find a spot that has a bunch of them you can try on though.

I like Krewe as well. They are better than RB, Costa, & MJ, but they are still overpriced IMO. They have a sale twice a year where you can pick them up for what they are worth~ sub $200.

Oliver Peoples are really good but also pretty expensive.

Awe, I remember when I had my first flight too.
A 10x10 tent from academy would do just as good as that porch. that cord will not be cheap.

re: Insurance agent cost me thousands

He was not trying to sell me something with the suspension. I only meant that the policy review is really just a tactic to get you in the office to try and sell you some other type of insurance I.e. life insurance, boat, etc.
He was trying to help I guess but yes, he completely dropped the ball with the suspension and screwed me.

Very similar thing happened to me. Went in for a "policy review" where they are really trying to see what else they can sell you, I have a vintage Motorcycle that i pay $5/year to insure but I never ride, but do not want to give up the antique plate.

Agent says I can suspend coverage and keep plate. I don't want to do it, but I finally relent. Agent ends up cancelling the policy and DMV sends me notice. I assumed that the agent was competent and it was a mistake, after another two notices from DMV, I tell agent just to undo whatever suspension to get DMV off my back, they issue another policy. I went to DMV this year and find out i need to pay $800 to get my license renewed because of the lapse in coverage. Still waiting to see what Agent to call me back to see what he will do. I doubt he will do anything, so just be weary, I should have trusted my gut initally and just kept the $5/ year policy.
Cost me $900/each will let go for $500/Each
