IMO there's definitely time to strengthen to a cat 5, but at this point, there's no difference in destruction.

Comparatively no. Expect Wind and a good bit of rain. It also depends where in BR you are and where she makes landfall. Of course always risk of tornadoes

One thing to notice is that you definitely want to be on the west side of the eye at the moment since there is a significant difference in wind speeds.

But this is subject to change and the west side winds may increase also.
