Yes I know that but Marco was projected to be stronger than it is now interacting with that ridge slowing it down from pushing further west as it steers Laura. Since Marco isn't really in the picture anymore it seems like a possibility the ridge will actually push further west faster helping steer Laura to a more westerly track before it feels the edge of the ridge and turns north. Need to look at that in the models if they're accounting for anything like that now because Marco was a dud. Makes me wonder if any of the computer models were accounting for this and now we'll be seeing that in the future runs.
