I have heard great stuff about David Wade Marine just never could get an appointment there.
I've used Boats Unlimited on Airline and Greenwell Springs Marine - love both. Have found Boats to be easier to get an appointment.

I have a 2004 90 HP 2 cycle.

Surprised you guys are talking about this - looks amazing. I’m a big fan of the series. Anyone pick it up on premium?

Their plan is to charter it out, they don’t want the headache of a school district, they just want their $

That’s absolutely not the plan - but I agree they haven’t done much to get things out there in other parts of the state
I have had Lemon Lime, Fruit Punch and Orange.

Love the Lemon Lime and Fruit Punch - the Orange is a bit too Orange, hard to describe but like someone said, it's now clear I assume because it doesn't have dyes and all in it.

Made with Louisiana Cane Sugar

Hope they expand and bring back more flavors , they really hit a home run with this.
I have - had two but only one at a time.

Depends on your goals - we actually used ours a lot and didn't rent it out which was fine pre-insurance assessments. We would rent to our friends here and there but it was a true second home.

The insurance assessments got wild post hurricane and in our case was due to mismanagement of the complex.

On site guy let insurance company gut everyone's unit with out insurance approval - it wasn't needed. They refuse to pay and law suits galore.

Final straw for me was after watching this thing come to a head and relief on the way - end in a 7k assessment because management messed up paper work proving we weren't in suit with insurance anymore I cashed out - during this whole process complex upkeep went to shite.

I def think in right complex its a great investment - we were gaining 4-5% each year we had one - 2016-2023

Now IMO look at complex management, insurance and repair assessments, condition, what things are renting for now.

Get all documents you can to back it up. Let me know if I can help!
Awesome - I love the expansion. Been busy last few nights but going to try to play tonight.

I did last expansion with my first character - a rogue - and other than trying a season once I just play with that - rethinking that this go around.

Game Informer Review

Anyone pick this up? I put wayyyyy too much time into the last expansion and original game. Planning on getting it going tonight I think

2 new classes (Warlock and Paladin) - disclaimer I play with my original character still and never got into the seasonal stuff. Debating not doing that with this one though - especially if I get a group to play with again.

Landry needs to go on the offensive here and get the legislature to pass a new law to update the minimum sentence for possession of a stolen firearm to a minimum of 4 years. We may have to build new prisons, but we will quickly take crime off the streets

Absolutely this is the type of stuff that needs to happen. I’m as pro gun as anybody, but I wasn’t wild about getting rid of concealed carry because a lot of times that would give some probable cause to dig into some of this.

That’s not what I said at all. My point is do you expect someone who has worked with these kids his whole career to not have that perspective?

I also said in multiple post I was 100% on board with what Gov said and what Sid said before that statement about drawing a line in the sand and arresting everyone - everyone is nitpicking his last statement but I think two things can be true here

quote:

The time and place for this mentality has passed. Sorry. They had their chance. You want to present yourself as a thug, you should suffer the consequences. It should be near impossible for these guys to even step foot out of their home without law enforcement harassing them.

See, I agree with you. Knowing Sid, that’s not what he was aiming at. It was far more generalized of a statement than that situation.

Again, knowing what was coming from the governor, this is classic good cop bad cop Sid himself said a version of the same exact thing earlier in his talk. We need to sit back and judge all of this on what actually happens not get wrapped up in every little thing or everyone’s demeanor in a press conference.

I’m 100% in favor of busting every head possible in the parish and shutting this shite down
quote:

He should have pointed out how whack our priorities are. Perfect opportunity. Instead the idiot came out all gleeful said it would save lives

He just made the largest investment in BRPD pay ever with the goals of keeping good cops and erasing the manpower shortage. Which was actually his second attempt after first attempt with different funding getting voted down.

You can nit pick all you want but you can’t say he isn’t doing something.

I am 100 on board with the anger but look at the facts. Could more or something else be done? Sure - I think you will see that but size of force and compensation was a huge hurdle he got us over.

The damage of Murphy Paul and Broome that thinned the ranks can’t be understated
I agree. Can someone explain to me the structure that sets these “play” judges up?

This is first I’ve heard of this
Did you not pay attention to what he said right before that?

Given his background why would you expect him not to say something like that? His statement and Jeff Landry’s are both 100% correct.

Earlier in the talk he made it clear with his line in the sand and targeting certain people remarks.

We need action, they already passed the largest police raise and made BR a leader in pay now - solving a serious issue causing us not to have enough cops.

I want to see actions not just words that make me feel good. The combo of Sid and Landry will be good for BR. Classic good cop/bad cop.

Truthfully he’s not wrong - tons of kids out there would never do something like this but will be branded as such based on appearance or where they live. Given Sid’s background it’s not surprising he says this and is the responsible thing to say - knowing what’s coming up next in the speeches and what he said himself 2-3 min before.

Landry has the right mindset - we just need it in action. I think you will see this be a catalyst for much needed change.

For the record Sid is nothing like AOC that alone is laughable. You either don’t pay attention, don’t know him or have some sort of political derangement.

I’m behind Landry and Sid on this - our real issues is the criminal justice system and judges etc.
Did you see where Sid put forth the plan to pay police finally? It passed earlier this week!

If you are mad about sidewalks bc of money spent you should be happy about this.

BRPD will finally be a leader in pay , I’d suspect officers come back that left for other places along with making it much easier to recruit new recruits.
quote:

Sid is trying to clean up Broom's mess still. He has a lot to fix and needs to be positive about his police department in the public sphere.

Broome and dipship Murphy Paul destroyed BRPD

This is classic good cop bad cop by Sid and Landry.

I’m in. Let them work on their own task and there will be a difference made
