Solovyov has been highly critical of those people for quite a while. He wants the death penalty for them. It is almost like he forgot he is living in Russia where that type of corruption is simply SOP.

In the longer clip you can see it’s a few Russians against 2 Ukrainians. The Russians threw a grenade and it killed one of the Ukrainians, he’s dead in the brush just to the right of the guy still, really hard to see though.
