they have lost most of the senior leadership, going to have 50-75k dead by the end of this, their whole military way of thinking has been shredded

so lets say they take all of ukraine

1) economy is fricking destroyed, including thier currency
2) will have huge insurgency problem, combined with #1 means they will not be able to hold the territory long term and rebuild it.
3) their main export, petro, has lost much of its customers
4) nato has more land on the border than ever
5) lost its best customers for their weapons systems

I’ll keep it simple for you: The money, resources, geopolitics are all in eastern and southern Ukraine. Kiev, Western, and northern all contain nothing of value other than sentimental. Once Russia completes the war and integrates the territories, it has turned Ukraine in to a giant land locked Moldova country.
