NTY
I really think there’s a decent portion of our society that would rationalize Great Britain coming back over here to take back their colonies in 2022.

I guess I'm a bit confused about your "the people who keep this thread going by posting updates are a bunch of women" point. I'm not sure what else you expected to find in a thread about the war.
It's in Putin's best interest for Americans to lose interest in the war and chip away at Ukrainian support.
There are various techniques to help this along - ridiculing those who discuss the war, unstickying threads that discuss the war, calling Ukraine the most corrupt country in Europe, disparaging Zelensky in ways too numerous to list, whataboutisms regarding the cost of supporting Ukraine, etc.
Once U.S. support wanes, the resupply of the Ukrainian forces will be diminished.

I dunno anything but I like team Ukraine. They have cooler colors and Putin looks like an angry old grandpa sky screaming when he just needs to chill out and be kind and stuff. But no he wants a fight and he is getting his fight and he gonna get his arse kicked. Don't fack with the quiet dude in the room that is fit. Ukraine's got grannies that would whip Putin in a one on one fight to the death.

Nah man, I’ve admitted like three times in this thread that I was wrong about who would win this war and how it would go and I’ve outright stated like three times that I’m glad Ukraine is winning.
LMAO Ukraine winning?!?

You said Kyiv was going to fall within 48 hours. How did that work out? You have no credibility. None. Zilch. Nada.
I don’t know if Ukraine is “winning” but Russia sure isn’t.

It’s a civil war.
No, it's not. The only people who think it's a civil war are Russians.
quote:
Lenin created modern Ukraine, taking the Imperial Russian governorates of the region, drawing them together to establish the Ukrainian SSR.
Way to ignore history up until that point.
quote:
Much of the East, areas dominated by ethnic Russians, don’t.
bullshite. Again, the only people who believe this are....Russians.
quote:
I’m broadly in favor of self determination, and if eastern Ukraine wants to be free of their cousins in the west. They should have the right.
So you also support California, Arizona, New Mexico, and probably Texas leaving the United States and joining Mexico? Because your argument is that if an ethnic majority moves to the area, they then have the right to self determination. Russians moving to the eastern provinces of Ukraine are no different than Mexicans moving in to the western states.
quote:
NATO expansion was also stupid, and the direct trigger for the war. Without it, and our meddling in Ukraine’s domestic politics, the war never would have happened. They would have continued to coexist in the same state, perhaps not happily, but peaceably at least.
Again, the only people who believe this are Russians....or those why sympathize with them.
quote:
I also find the Ukrainians savagery repulsive, which makes me less sympathetic to them.
You find them repulsive because you align with Russia. Your post history makes that rather clear.

Lima went full retard a while ago. I don’t think he posts any of this with a straight face. Did anyone catch his thoughts on the entire Russian battalion getting annihilated crossing the river? I’m just curious how he tried to spin it as a savvy tactical maneuver.

Ukrainian resistance has crumbled there. One report put the Russians as far west as the outskirts of Soledar.
1. Link your sources.
2. Soledar is less than 5 km from where the front lines have been and it’s a small town overshadowed by hills to the west. So if what you say is true then it sounds like a tactical fallback and not crumbling resistance.
3. Of course you would not know any of that because you are just a good little communist who believes whatever Russian propaganda on telegram tells you. I bet you still think that the Russians will capture Odessa by June 1st too.

This is also a show of serious BDE for the West. Throw a bunch of relatively low sophistication (for the West) arms into the hands of Ukraine and they start playing like the 2019 Tigers even though they are a middling DII team. It is an incredibly low price to pay to make China for example rethink their expansion desires.
US MIC fidna eat!!!

Surely you can give us a LINK to all this NATO expansion that precipitated this war. Certainly there is a country admitted to NATO that you can point to..... Right?

A lot of people did including western media so shut the frick up about that! The whole Kiev thing was a bait and switch because Russia doesn’t need Kiev to win the war at all. This whole annex Ukraine thing was a western trap.

It was a learning experience, a teachable moment. Plus the Commander was probably sacked, which is also a good thing. See, net positive.

Jesus Christ. You've doubled down on ignorance. Like 5 times.
How You've managed to stay alive this long is baffling.
