I was raking leaves when a drone dropped my new drone I had ordered Monday night. No problems, mon.

This happened to us. Anything delivered usps or ups was fine. That new amazon delivery and they said our address was bad and it was being returned to sender. This new service is horrible.

My last 5 orders have either been lost or significantly delayed

Amazon wasn’t too bright in introducing their new service right before the holidays. Should be phasing it in right now. Gotta give the local folks time to work out a few kinks, as mentioned above, the local workforce for “delivery driver” or “warehouse” isn’t the deepest pool and/or is predominantly located north of Florida Blvd

What a coincidence. That's where a lot of "lost" packages are going to show up.

Amazon fricked up big time on this one. I know of at least three people that canceled their Prime renewals because of this and I only know about five people.

well considering the hiring pool, it's a shock the facility hasn't burnt to the ground yet.

They are Dems from the NW. Do you think they get this kind of thing? Anyone who brought up any kind of warning was probably fired for being racist/prejudice. They dont get, nor want to accept, reality.

I honestly feel like whomever was delivering it didn't want to walk up three flights of stairs to leave at my door.

Amazon is having trouble here in Pittsburgh as well. Shipments that are going on USPS, UPS, or FedEx are having far fewer issues.

Ordered something last week on prime. After making it to BR the package was delayed for three days before they unilaterally decided to send it back because it was “damaged in shipping”

Their ads are on indeed and there were a lot of temp workers initially I know so this is not shocking. They are probably just hiring whoever applies.

I ordered something 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I ordered another one a week ago and it’s still not here. Meanwhile a package I actually received on time with 3 items in it was just refunded to my account because they don’t think I got it.

Seems legit.

Yep. Canceled an order a few days ago because after 9 days, it still never arrived.

Everything we’ve ordered so far has been delivered by UPS and USPS. Of course now that I post tugs you can expect me next order to be Fd in the A.

Every single time you think BR leadership cannot get anu more incompetent literally just down the road lies Cortana Mall completely vacant, as in 4 anchor stores are now free with the closing of Virginia College.

They are paying that new NBR economic development leader with the star trek forehead like $125,000 and they are that stupid. Literally just give them it all, nobody will ever move in there, but no they cannot accept defeat.

Amazon should buy the old Sam's building next to Cortana. That would make a great warehouse and is in far better condition than Cortana. I don't think it's even 5 years old.

Every order I've had from Amazon has been late for the past 2 weeks. One order was completely lost (Amazon did overnight a replacement via UPS - which was on time).
