I’ve sold a few houses without a realtor and used my mortgage broker to file all my paperwork because she was a realtor. It’s not hard. As long as you can negotiate price, understand the forms, and agree to terms it’s not hard. ...

Met a guy who did just that. Spent 2 weeks in Italy and Switzerland. Wineries, hiking, meeting locals, and became a photography guy along the way. Said it was a trip his wife always wanted to take and so he did it to honor her and just be alone for a bit. ...
