The whole "fit" thing just irritates me.

LSU players could be driving golf balls on the sideline - as long as LSU is winning - have at it.
You quoted "as you know"

I told you - but you're too busy trying to be an arse
Most coaches at all colleges are fired. Not too many leave on their own.

Hasn't Florida ran off its last 3 coaches - I lost count with them.
What about Auburn?
Texas A&M?
The list goes on and on.

Running off coaches isn't even close to being unique to LSU.
Maybe the search will be successful - maybe not. There’s no reason for everyone to be freaking out before anything bad has actually happened.

Urban Meyer helping UF with LSU comments

He coached at UF as you all know.
Florida is looking for a football coach too - possibly competing with LSU for a coach.
Is it possible his comments were meant to help UF??

lol at Aggie criticizing LSU for firing coaches - yes - only LSU does it - Texas A&M would never change coaches on the regular…
Geez dude - that’s a lot of effort in your attempt to make fun of LSU.

It’s always funny how we all stereotype well over 100,000 people of various fan bases based on the internet posts of a few.
Stupid.

LSU isn’t a “broke” school.

And it doesn’t even matter because the LSU Athletic Dept funds itself - no university funds are used for athletics.

I thought all SEC schools were this way?
Are we certain Woodward is being allowed to do this on his own - or will there be a committee - or will Woodward be allowed to participate at all? LSU’s AD when Saban was hired was not included in the hiring process - that dumbass (May he rest in peace) hired Hallman and Dinardo.
Bama is at Auburn where anything is possible - the improbable is probable - in that game
This dude has the LSU job as the top job of the schools currently searching.

1. LSU
2. Penn State
3. Florida
4. Oklahoma St
5. Virginia Tech
6. Arkansas
7. Stanford
8. UCLA

re: Finding a coach that “Fits”…..

Fit = win

It’s that simple
I booed them too. Unfortunately I was the only one - at least in my section.

Texas A&M

I have nothing against Texas A&M and its not a game I circle on my calendar like say, Florida, Alabama, or Auburn.

But our team got the shite beat out of a school whose fans (seated right next to us) were doing some kind of cheer/movement thing in which they would bend over and yell "hump!" and then say something else I couldn't understand.

Remembering all of the other bizarre things they are known for - well, those are the people who walked into Tiger Stadium last night doing all that weirdness anywhere and everywhere they wanted - and deservedly so!

That is school, the culture that did that to LSU.
God I hope the rumors of Kelly getting canned very soon are true.

It was like watching an 18 year old young man get beat up by an 8 year old girl. Of course, at times that 18 year old young man looked like a special-ed student who was being abused by that 8 year old girl.
:geauxtigers:
I am so sick of reporters/commentators who know ZERO about Louisiana and the LSU fan base talking about a coach being the right “fit” for LSU -like we LSU fans are all the same backwoods, ignorant, dumbass people they like to stereotype us as.
If Brian Kelly was winning and competing as a playoff team he would be a great “fit”. That is all it takes.
I mean Nick Saban was an a-hole who went to college up north and was coaching at a Big 10 school within driving distance of Notre Dame when LSU hired him. He won and this weird idea of a “fit” was never mentioned.

Ed Orgeron - surely he was the right “fit” - LSU didn’t waste time canning him - after winning a national title.

This is why I do my best to ignore the media. They know nothing.

re: Does LSU rush the field?

The field will not be rushed for beating a team we haven’t lost to at home since the 1990’s.

Why do the lib/corrupt judges think they are Gods?
