He probably used to think USC, but trolled Nick about it one day Tuscaloosa and Nick showed him where the cow ate the cabbage.

Are we talking about the radio guy who is now opening businesses with all the money he bilked from folks around town through that GameCoin scam he was pimping and knowingly lying about for years?
If they agreed to wait until after The Egg Bowl, then there’s no reason to force an early announcement. Relax
It wouldn’t take months to draft an employment contract for a head football coach. There’s a basic form and it’s only necessary to refine some particulars, here and there.

A letter of intent or memorandum of understanding with a steep liquidated damages clause were he to back out is sufficient to “lock him in” and would delineate the business terms which were agreed to, providing the framework for the contract.

There are publically available copies of contracts for Miles, O & Kelly. Review all three and you’ll see a lot of form language with minor circumstantial adjustments.

If this thing really happens, we become Bama level villain to Ole miss. And I am loving every second of it. This has been so much fun

Auburn stole Tuberville from them and picked up Freeze as an Ole Miss retread. They’ll get over it, eventually.

Beef Tenderloin Roast - Lafayette?

Where’s the best place for high quality beef in Lafayette?
Play these few games the best you can so you can set your NIL value based upon your past performance rather than your future potential. You ain’t getting a raise next season based upon a red shirt for the remainder of the season.

He can't sign a contract while he's still head coach of Ole Miss. Are you retarded?

He can’t breach the contract/agreement that he’s about to breach by not staying through its term?

I know it FEELS like that in the heat of the moment, but I’d ask you to show your work.

Ole Miss had an 18 play drive, with multiple 3rd and looooongs given up. They were ultimately greater than 50% on 3rd down through the first 3 quarters before the defense finally showed up and turned in a couple consecutive three and outs. 8/14 on 3rd down. That should have easily afforded Nuss 3-4 possessions to have a chance to lob it short and hope our playmakers could make something out of it.

Vandy also was right at or at 50% on 3rd down.

And it’s not just 3rd downs, it’s multiple 3rd and 8s or greater. You can’t give those up at a 50% clip.

So, just going to ignore the 3rd and Aranda?

Apparently you haven’t seen too much of the Tigers the last 2 seasons…
Baker’s defenses can’t get off the field on 3rd downs if all 11 lives depended on it.

I’ll take Aranda any day over the current DC.

Do you really think that Sexton didn’t negotiate Saban’s ESPN deal?

It likely won’t drag out at all. Just got to wait until the target(s) are done with their regular season
The coaching salaries absolutely impact the TAF surcharges on seats and suites.
Divide Florida’s 30 by Miami, FSU & UF, then assume UGA, Bama, LSU, Auburn, Tennessee, Ohio St, Michigan, USC, Texas could pull at least 3-5 of Florida’s best HS players.

Now would you rather have Florida or Louisiana as your recruiting stomping ground.

Not only does LA have more NFL players per capita but also those players average making more $ in the NFL.
3rd Down and Baker has been in high effect this season.

We gave up 15 and 17 play drives to Ole Miss and couldn’t get off the field against Vandy for the whole first half. And he apparently has no clue as to how to fix the issues with running QBs because that hasn’t been a lick of improvement.
