If you didn't grow up in the 80s you just wouldn't understand the awesomeness of this stuff.

The Schwan’s cheese stuffed bread ring with the marinara saucer in the middle.

Sometime in the late 90s (maybe more recent, but it’s been at least 20 years) Popeye’s changed their biscuit recipe.

Popeyes has changed tremendously for the worse. People who go gaga for Popeyes have no idea how much better it used to be.

crèam
The proper French spelling is “crème” so what’s up with your pretentiousyness?

Probably would choose the Brown sugar Cinnamon (to the stage), if I was going to have one.

Holly shite that brings me back. A box of spicy white, and a couple boxes of these bad boys...saints are kicking off in 30.... frick yes!

The box of rings would always make its way to the couch during the game

That box designs are an affront to my artistic sensibilities. I prefer the verite' style of the originals.

Real called Quisp. Taste like captain crunch without the rooftop damage. Shaped like a flying saucer.

One of my all time faves. But about every 2-3 years the bring that flavor back as a limited edition. I used to get them at Rouses. They are not as good as they were back in the day. Keep an eye out, they do re release them.

Ha, phone must have done that and I didn’t catch it. I like the cinnamon and chocolate chip, too. Sometimes the blueberry.

They got a nice Pizza place and looks like they have pool hall moving into one of the old shoe places in the mall’s center.

The Sears wing between the mall center and the Lynn’s Interiors that took the place of Sears looks like a ghost town.

My only problem with Southland is that it never had a food court where all the food options were in one spot. Food places were always spread out from Sears where the A&G Cafeteria was located in the 1980’s to Corn Dog 7 by JC Penny’s. I missed out on the Woolworth’s cafeteria they had in there. I was still in the single digits when it closed.

Didn’t know the Southland Mall had a commercial. Here was one from 1984.

I’m fairly confident those are exactly the same as what Poptarts calls cookies and cream now.

Uhm...... No! They are not the same. My wife (no pictures) would walk across a minefield for a couple of boxes of the 'originals'.

I doubt she walks anywhere, but I can see her riding her electric scooter to get snacks.

Speaking of gooder than a bitch stuff not sold anymore, I read where Marco's Pizza is the closest thing to the old Domino's Pizza recipe? Can anyone confirm?
