It’s obvious this is a biased judge who is totally for the prosecution. What can be done about it?

Did he testify to this at the first trial?? If so how in the hell did the last jury not acquit her??

He did, but I'm behind for the day and haven't heard his testimony for today yet.

He was called by the prosecution in the first trial and now the defense is calling him.

I think the defense team had a chance to talk with this cop about what he saw since the 1st trial.

What’s the missing witness list all about? I’m assuming Jackson was waiting for the CW to call them but didn’t

If allowed, it's basically an instruction to the jury telling them that they are allowed to infer that the testimony of that witness would have been unfavorable to the party that didn't call them, aka the commonwealth in this case.

Sounds like it was way better for Read. Ignoring the jury's reaction, she is being given all kinds of appeal ammo by the judge.

Reed 100%

They had a current police officer testify that he saw the car before it went to the sally port garage, and the taillight was intact

The defense has elicited testimony, from a police officer that establishes the possibility of a conspiracy by the police. Incredibly powerful

I don't see how the judge and the rest of the MA State Police can continue with this very obvious charade.

Plow driver on the stand this morning. I didn’t realize he had ties to the Alberts throughout life.

He seems like a nice guy, and he's nervous. He's a heavy equipment operator, FFS, and not a multi-degreed specialist paid to testify in trials. Hank is being an a-hole to him and I would imagine that it won't play well with the jury.

Hank is a total POS. He’s a child that throws a fit when things aren’t going his way. Surely he had to know this was coming.

The judge is a friend of the Albert Family. Most of the town already knows this.

Brennan asked Lucky is he was ever told to “do the right thing”. Um Mr Brennan didn’t we have a cop on the stand earlier this week that was told to “do the right thing” by the Boston police commissioner? Are you now incinerating that “do the right thing” is a threat?

Once again Brennan is slimy POS.

Since this is supposed to be a half-day... Nick Rekieta says he may go through Michael Proctor's texts from the 1st trial after today's proceedings end

That should be interesting

No court tomorrow due to heat? Bev said the A/C and fans would be too loud and would make the proceedings difficult to hear. So they're off until Friday.

It'll be in the upper-80s tomorrow in Boston

It drops below the 80s Friday through the middle of next week
