I'm no lawyer, but I think if the mistrial is " with prejudice", they can't try her again.

Dismissed with prejudice is the proper term

I missed the reason Defense asked for a mistrial today. Can anybody explain what the CW did?
Also, where is the blood, skin, hair, DNA on the broken exploding tail light? How about some thread from the clothing. The exploding tail light with no remnants of DNA or fiber is like the pristine bullet in the JFK assassination.

CW's Brennan introduced DNA into the trial when it was (supposedly) verboten to do so. The judge, as a simp for the DA, denied the motion.
There was a lone hair of OJO on the taillight (allegedly) which miraculously made it safely into the hands of Proctor and the crime lab technicians through...........snow, KR driving her car, and several miles to the Canton PD.

Thought the lone magic hair was found on the lexus bumper?

the exact location of the hair was stuck to the side panel of the vehicle.

So I go back to my original question: Where is the DNA/Fiber evidence from the pieces of tail light that went through OJO's clothes and caused the wounds on his arm?

If anything, some shards should've been found within his arm and to my knowledge, that was not the case.

Ohhhh boy - sargeant on the stand claiming the tail light he witnessed pre-tow is different than the video in Sally port.

Case is over. Another officer said most of tail light was in tact when he arrived to the scene at 3:30 pm

Yup can’t come back from this

This dude is totally believeable. I'm a little scared for him since those other psychos are not above doing illegal shite to people they don't like.

Police sergeant from a neighboring town where KR's vehicle was towed from saying the tail light was not as badly damaged when it was being towed as it was when it got to where it was stored for investigation

The judge needs to be disbarred. What a count.

It’s obvious this is a biased judge who is totally for the prosecution. What can be done about it?
