Jurors are human and I feel Brennan comes off as such an arse that it has to affect their decision right? If they can’t stand the prosecutor or attorney it could sway their thoughts. I know it isn’t supposed to, but I’d assume it does.

I was on the jury for a civil trial, and after watching the lawyers work for a while I grew to really dislike the plaintiff attorneys. I didn't find them to be truthful and found that they were hiding certain facts.
If Brennan turns off the jury by his actions in the court room that is on Brennan and Brennan only.

The guy that I know from the gym is apparently a childhood friend of Proctors and was in the text chain so that’s why he had to testify.

Wonder if Proctor will be on the stand between that time. I think it’s inevitable for the defense to put him on. Probably last so AJ can turn him into boudin and show not only what a prick he is but also how his shadiness as the lead investigator influenced everything from evidence to personal relationships with the people involved.

The risk is then the prosecution would be permitted to ask him leading questions about the investigation on cross... the prosecution was basically begging the defense to call Proctor during the voir dire of the friend a few days ago
I would figure that's why that friend was on the stand a few days ago trying to authencate the messages... to avoid that risk of calling Proctor

Highly doubt they call proctor after the cop yesterday about the taillight. Don’t want to give proctor a chance to refute that

You don’t nor can’t cruise around with evidence in your trunk for months on end. Years in fact.
He clearly shows bias and that will be a terrible look for the CW and the case at large.

From someone who was a very big Rekieta fan during the Rittenhouse and Depp trials and spent money subscribing to his Locals and YouTube channels at the time. This man was arrested for cocaine posession ( <25g) and at the same time had his, at the time, 8 year old daughter, test higher than the cocaine metabolite cutoff. Do not listen to him on anything related to the law.
ETA: His 5 kids were removed from his home and not returned until 6 months later. If you want to watch live commentary of this trial then watch Andrea Burkhart, Emily D Baker, or Melanie little. If you want end of day stuff then LawyerYouKnow for unbiased view or PotentiallyCriminal for Karen being innocent.
