The marketplace of ideas is such core foundation of who we are as a country. If you can't destroy "obvious and dangerous disinformation" maybe you should look inwards at yourself.

A MASSIVE meta-analysis of UK and US data by Johns Hopkins revealed that lockdowns didnt save lives and destroyed the economy for nothing. The media completely ignored this story - just like it did with lab leak, Ivermectin studies, and Fauci's lies under oath. Is that not disinformation by omission?

The same outlets that bury news that doesnt fit their ideology, want Rogan cancelled for listening to ALL points of view. The lack of self-awareness is jaw dropping.

Crime is at its all time high.

Why doesn’t people start pushing back on rap music that glorifies the culture? Isn’t that “dangerous” hate speech and should be taken down?

How about.

I have an opinion on a topic, and you have a different opinion on that topic, and we both agree to disagree

Why can’t this be the way of the world anymore? We were such a better society when people could go through life making their own judgement calls but also being tolerant of others ideals.

This country has gone soft.

Reminds me of when I took this Victorian English class at LSU. The teacher, who was very woke, would always hate the notion of agreeing to disagree. That's just a microcosm of the woke culture. They pretend to be all-inclusive, but they are really more closed-minded than anything.

I probably don't agree with Stewart or Rogan politically, but I can definitely appreciate how much more open-minded they are about everything. World would be a lot better off with people like that.

In my eyes Jon Stewart is your typical progressive that can't see how far left they have become over the years. His show on Apple TV is a good example. The first episode talked about the military burn pits, the health problems for the military people, and how the VA and DOD are not taking the blame. After that episode, every other one is typical progressive talking points. I've been a fairly moderate person but ever since 2016, the left has pushed me farther right. I just don't see how we can vote our way out of this mess. Unfortunately I see a future situation that will take lead and blood to fix.

His speech to the Senate, though, about rights and benefits for 9/11 first responders ... that was powerful. He earned a ton of respect from me on that day.

But who actually got that done?

Honestly no one has done more for 9/11 victims than Jon Stewart. That’s why I say he is unquestionably a good person because he has been absolutely relentless in getting them the justice they deserve. If it weren’t for him, it probably wouldn’t even have come across Trump’s desk.

It’s why in this one capacity Jon vehemently defended Trump since he did what Bush and Obama refused to do. I think if it were Colbert, he would do the Andrew Cuomo approach and say “thanks but no thanks” and let others suffer and die due to his own pride. Colbert is an evil media whore who cares for no one but himself, while Jon I think truly wants to do what is right.

Update: 71 episodes of the JRE podcast have been removed from Spotify. Hope the leftist authoritarians are happy. What did Theo Von do? He's a comedian for God's sake.

I assume Rogan’s contract should have some rules on what Spotify can do as far as remove shows. Initially,
They removed a few as part of his deal I think. If he agreed to a contract that allows Spotify to remove whatever they want, whenever they want, then shame on him. I’m sure in time, we will find out what all is going down. Either way, it stinks. I want to believe Rogan would never agree to something like that.

I always thought Jon Stewart was sensible. Even if I think he’s left of me.

Oh so you haven't ever really listened to these two then right? They both probably say a lot more things you would agree with...

There are traditional conservatives and traditional liberals then there are new aged conservatives and new aged liberals. The new age conservative and new age liberals are both fricking morons. I think the traditional liberals and conservatives disagreed on several principles, but at the end of the day they were for the good of the country (well at least more than they are now).

Jon Stewart is a founding member of the race card foundation. That slimy bitch yelled Republicans are racey racists full of the racisim... he and his ilk did that shite so much the youngsters these days belive it. He's now surprised that the monster he helped create has taken a life of its own.

Furthermore, he and Rogan are probably boys from back in the day. He's one of those assholes that think his podnuhs shouldn't catch the cancel, just those other guys he doesn't like. He can eat a dick

What is keeping death’s lower in India, South Africa and Africa compared to the rest of the world?

Hint, it’s isn’t just being vaccinated.

I mean that was probably the parent corporations call not Jon Stewarts.. Stewart probably had some seven year contract and by the time he was done with it he was more than ready to tell comedy central I'm retired. I don't think he handpicked Trevor Noah as his successor
