WASHINGTON — Federal health agencies on Tuesday will call for an immediate pause in use of Johnson & Johnson’s single-dose coronavirus vaccine after six recipients in the United States developed a rare disorder involving blood clots within about two weeks of vaccination, officials briefed on the decision said.
All six recipients were women between the ages of 18 and 48. One woman died and a second woman in Nebraska has been hospitalized in critical condition, the officials said.

Yet people are lining up and making sure to share their picture on social media saying they got the vaccine. I get made fun of for calling people sheep, but there’s some merit to it.

this is why wait for rushed vaccines
Yep.
If low risk.
Exactly why I'm waiting.
But, am glad parents took it.

I got my first vaccine last week. Was happy to know it was Pfizer.

Is the J&ah one a traditional vaccine or is it mRNA as well?

But the Facebook virtue signaling!

We, the Moderna Master Race, laugh at all you J&J peasants.

All of them are mRNA

It’s not just these women. They have had people passing out and getting carted off after receiving this vaccine on a couple of different occasions. It’s about time they shut the J&J vacc down.
Get the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine if you can. They’ve had some breakthrough C19 infections but those two seem to be the “safest” for most people.

6 out of 6.8 million people that have received this vaccine. Seems like an overreaction

Same. I’m 38, and I’m pretty good shape.
I was waiting at first for elderly, first responders, and teachers, but now I’m waiting for the side effects. My parents had the Moderna one and I’m glad for them but I’m out for a bit.
ETA: didn’t mean that I wanted others to be Guinea Pigs. Just that others had more need at the time.

I take it you didn't read the article.

Both AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson use the same platform for their vaccine, a virus known as an adenovirus.

So that means 0.00015% of the 4M doses given.
