Maybe you don’t realize that st George isn’t part of the fricking city and aren’t splitting off from shite. Maybe your dumbass doesn’t realize That maybe the people want a say over their tax dollars and desire better than F rated public schools. Maybe you can explain how any of that is racist you dumb frick?

You know, I’m not in favor of St. George, but I am in favor of the American democratic process, and I can’t get excited by a governor getting in the way of it.

You should reject false narratives.

Stall tactics by the Democrats, because they know what’s best for the people despite what the people want.

People should have a right to associate with whom they wish.
It shouldn't be a minority of people dictating what the majority do.

You people are retarded.
Having it put on a major election in November is what you’d want over some random arse Saturday in May.

The issue isn’t bigger turnout. It’s the fact the gov is getting involved in local politics. When the election happens won’t change the outcome.
If it was a parishwide election, then the better turnout could change the result. Since it’s only citizens that live in the proposed area, it will pass.

Time is money.
We are going to win no matter when the vote is taken.
I'm more upset about the Governor trying to slow down the process and ignoring our wishes.

Those who are quick to play the race card really have no valid arguement at all

Anyone who thinks this is about race and not about them having their own school district is more than delusional...they are an idiot
The blame for this whole fiasco lays squarely at the feet of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System.

Is this because my house will automatically move further away from people of a different race? Or is it because I will only frequent places where there aren’t people of a different race? Maybe it is the new all single race businesses that will only hire certain races in St. George, or the public schools that are only public to certain races. What about the tax dollars that will only benefit one race in the city of St. George?
Wait, I remember, we are going to install those invisible barriers that act like shock collars when people of a different race try to come into St. George.
Please feel free to stop painting with a broad stroke and telling me my true intentions or desires. Your ignorance is showing.

Jindal tried and was fought at every turn. Just like the swamp rats are doing with Trump. You can thank the previous democrat governors for the shite sandwich we’re dealing with. And you can thank that current piece of shite for raising taxes and lying about it. That no good bastard. I despise that SOB and the ground it walks on.

He's slowing it down because it carves out his party's voting base and hurts his party's voting base.
Typical Democratic Party maneuver even though it's always the mean ol' Republicans who are the bad guys. Their party symbol is a donkey, and that's a perfect logo.

Wrong
It won't impact C-P districts, Rep. Or Senate Districts, nor Congressional districts.
