in a botched raid a few months back

quote:

A newly released autopsy report is revealing new information regarding a woman who died in a botched drug raid at her Houston home in January.

Houston police shot and killed Rhogena Nicholas and Dennis Tuttle while executing a no-knock warrant for drugs.

quote:

Police said a tip led them to the house, but according to the Nicholas’ autopsy report, she was not high at the time she was killed.

Drugs like cocaine, heroin, meth, fentanyl, and opiates were not detected in her blood.

Only a small amount of cocaine metabolite was there.

Toxicology experts say it can be detected for up to four days.

I'm all for the police, but no knock warrant just seems ignorant for everyone involved, including police.

If events like these were more widely publicized, maybe some of our big government proponents would soften their stances.

A few years back a policeman was killed while climbing through a bedroom window during a no knock raid. I don't know how the dumbasses in charge think that's a good idea.

But but they might flush their weed down the toilet if we knock on the door.. Tough shite.

Didn't the police chief come out after this and scold the public for questioning what happened?

If it's the one I'm thinking if they ended up finding either nothing or they found a bong or something like that in that raid.

Some cop got shot and killed for a bong.

Wasn’t this the one where the cop was at the wrong house? And then they tried to prosecute the homeowner?

Does that apply to the President, or just black citizens suspected of drug activity?

If you go back to the original thread, I posted onn page one (maybe two) that this whole story didn't sound right. Especially the part where cops said an unarmed woman went for a cops's gun after they'd already shot her dog and husband.

I hate that the cops are in this situation, but they put themselves in it and lying about what happened is only going to make things expotentially worse. They need to come clean and take their lumps.

Did they end up finding ANYTHING to closely justify their tactics?

Not much is being said and it’s dragging on
