This was with a co-worker. I was shocked she cheated because she is not a social/outgoing girl. She is very, very basic and boring. She literally has no other friends than her husband.

Man or woman, kids will complicate things but older kids will understand and younger kids will come to realize what happened. Once someone crosses that bridge there isn’t any coming back. I couldn’t do it and I don’t see how anyone could. If it comes to that then file for divorce and move on, how could someone live with themselves with the lack of self respect.

The only thing worse would be a man that cheats on a woman.

Women marry men thinking they’ll change.

Men marry women thinking they won’t.

With that said, it’s always funny to see people who’s not married or has any experience and they absolutely know 100% what they would do in any marriage situation.

The number of people claiming that getting married is some world altering relationship dynamic is really surprising. -Most- of you, myself included, were already living pretty damn close to a married lifestyle before getting married. So, saying that someone who has had any type of real relationship can’t speak on the topic is fricking retarded. Getting married was one big special day followed by life as usual after that.

Nuking your financial situation should be the only answer to possibly staying, maybe. Id argue kids are even more of a reason to separate because they will benefit more from not being around parents that despise/don’t respect each other in the long run. Seeing that family dynamic everyday will harm their future relationships.

So, yes, staying makes you little bitch. Staying for kids makes you more of a bitch because you’re using the kids as an excuse for being a mega bitch under the guise of it’s for them.

This is a big part of the problem but a lot of people don't want to have that conversation

Probably, but it could be the case that he did ignore his wife, played golf, went on weekend trips with his friends, had poker nights, and otherwise lived life like he was still in college. In that case, I can easily understand a woman looking for love from someone else. And it would be his fault.

NO, absolutely not. That's not how it works.

If he was ignoring her, then she needs to tell him to do right. Maybe go for counseling.

If he doesn't straighten up, then she files for divorce. Once the divorce is final, she can frick whoever she wants.

You don't cheat on your spouse, period. There is no excuse.

Once upon a time I thought I could love someone to forgive pretty much anything.

When I figured out she was planning to cheat and was arranging it, I was pretty busted up. I let it happen, and it took about an inch into new pussy for me to realize not only was it unforgivable, but I didn't love her at all.

I let it happen long enough for me to hide assets and position myself in such a way that I spent more on the boxes to pack her shite than I did for the divorce itself.

About a year later, I started getting calls from her credit card companies trying to find her.

Women fall down, men fail up.

Her value falls, your value rises.

If you're a man and you're even thinking about staying, you're foolish.

Only time I see it being possible is with kids. The second they turn 18 hit the road.

This is so common. Though it is usually after the kid graduates and heads to college rather than the actual 18th birthday.

4 guys I know have done this. All of them had bad behaving wives but did not want to miss out on the kids growing up years.

Edit: I just saw that there's no kids. He has no reason to stick around with the village bicycle. That's just flat-out stupid.

If anyone isn't aware of how family courts treat men in custody hearings in the case of divorce, I suggest one look it up. And look into what happens to kids afterwards that are raised by "single" mothers where the dad is only allowed to get them on weekends or less. Look into what happens when kids are old enough to make custody decisions for themselves and, shockingly (it isn't), decide to live with their overly-permissive mother (and frequently a step-father who doesn't give a flying shite).

If men choose to accept the duty of properly raising their children over their pride, should they be faulted for that?

Edit: Assuming no questions of paternity, of course.

It was more end 1994. I think they were referred to as chat rooms then on net. I could be a year or so. I saw the chats from print outs she made and had of their plans/reservations, from spying, etc. She had company computer, but I didn't have one. I was very patient. Both lawyers and judge said this was their first divorce case involving internet meeting. After Lawyer and PI and documenting rendevous, etc., divorce went down at beginning of 1995. Very stressful experience but I did it to spare the kids from chaos and make their lives stable.

Ol boy saw how much money itd cost him and probably was motivated by that. Deep down a woman will never respect a man that takes her back after cheating. Shell cheat again and he will eventually have to shell out for divorce

Kids and this would be the reason.

Of course in a contest if both are close to even in looks, a woman will always win a fricking contest.
