re: Torn Meniscus Question

Had 1/2 of medial meniscus removed from knee with arthroscopy 20 years ago. It had been torn and was loose, bending over itself, etc...very painful about 50% of the time and dull pain the rest of the time.

Arthroscopy was outpatient and recovery was not bad. Full recovery at 3-4 weeks. Activity was not limited after surgery...I could participate without pain.
Buy American!

Checks for folks are dumb and won't help.
Both 30. I think that's a good age.

I suggest shifting focus and moving to West St. Tammany Parish...Covington, Mandeville, etc.

Sexton represents him in contracts for work (Disney/ESPN), product endorsements (Aflac, etc.), appearance fees, speaking engagements...everything basically. As some have said, that's what agents do.
Audibly berating players with profanity, etc.

Comments about players.

Berating members of the media.

Criticizing the fans expectations.

Lack of improvement on the field during his tenure...even regression.
Especially being unable to control the line of scrimmage.

Other things.

These things, individually and collectively, harm the brand and the school/State reputation.
In modern times, the Celtics 1980 trade with Golden State, although at the time it seemed reasonable.

Parish came in the trade, along with the #3 overall pick, which the Celtics used to draft McHale. The Warriors received picks that they used on ultimate busts.

Auerbach had a history of pulling off lopsided. trades. Bill Russell was acquired this way.

He was never a big play extender who could take over a game. Too much hype going into this season and too much blame on him now. With a good oline and time to throw, a running game to take some pressure off and setup runs, and some separation downfield with several guys who can "go get it," he's very good. With current drop offs in these areas and less talent around him, he's not as effective.
Why? He stayed loyal and came back and the coaches put him with the 1st team. He's done nothing wrong!

They can't put together a running game, the O-line struggles and guys get little separation downhill. His abdomen hurts with every move reportedly, worse when he throws, even hindering his motion.

This team was overrated all year and tried smoke and mirrors, but it caught up with them. Say hi to 8-4 at best.
You nailed Delp. He was tremendous and would smile all the way through. See my Maryanne walking away...

Heart - Alone

Bryan Adams - Heaven, Everything I Do...

Def Lep. - Animal

These 3 have numerous power pop ballads/songs and still play them on tour.
It is beyond ridiculous that Bryan Adams is not in the Hall of Fame. He certainly represented well for Joe Cocker's and Bad Company's legacies. I think he should have topped the list of inductees this year, rather than again topping the list of non-inductees. Hall of Famers open for him on tour...Geezzuuss!!

It's happened to many, including me. They will likely just tell you not to worry about it or reschedule you soon.
I assume your footwork and ring movement is good, as well as your stance, high guard, chin down and elbows in defense, conserving Energy. Also, you know how to keep your head bobbing and weaving off the midline, even the peek-aboo style can be effective.

What generally helped me in 3 round fights was to spend most/all of 1st round establishing distance, range, the jab. Then began stepping into his chest, inside his attempted power shots, to deliver counterpunching short, quick power shots to the chin, followed by 3-4 power shot combos from all angles...a favorite was delivering double hooks. I'd try to stay on his chest as long as possible, delivering shots and utilizing a cross arm defense to guard against uppercut, etc. Sidestepping the opponent to create new angles, helps in busting hooks/uppercuts through his guard. When you're moving forward and leaning on him, he'll tend to back-up and his leverage/power will be diminished. I hope you've seen your opponent fight.
Lou Ferrigno giving "110%" on Celebrity Apprentice, but Dee Snyder finally shut down that crap talk.

100% is the max.
