I-30 between Hope and Little Rock
I-10 from Orange to the LA Line
I-10 from Lafayette to BR
I-35 (Basically the whole thing but especially through Austin)
I-285 around Atlanta
I-45 from The Woodlands to Houston

I could go on for days. I-12 sucks but it is far from the worst.

I'd say 10 and 12 between Lafayette and Slidell. I can't stand that stretch. Basin Bridge, BR bridge, and crazies on 12.

Very underrated considering there's a fatality accident almost once a week.

You ever drove I10 through New Orleans East? You'd think you're nearby a war zone at some points.

Combination for worse interstate and drivers has to be Miami.

Nothing like coming up on an open trailer with a bed full of sand at 70mph sand blasting everybodys car on the Florida Turnpike.

I-80 east of Sacramento CA (includes the Dinner, er Donner Pass) used to have cars driving over barely packed down gravel for several miles.

Child’s Play -

I-71 between Louisville and Cincinnati has potholes the size of moon craters. In fact, substandard road conditions caused an accident involving a woman’s basketball team where several were killed.

During the summer, you can expect at leas a 45-60miles delay on the 80mile stretch, caused either by accident or repairs.

I20 between Midland and Odessa needs an honorable mention.

I was on the spillway bridge this week. Of course dick head is riding slow in the left lane, car next to him same. So you couldn’t pass. All the sudden this dude is hawling arse and passes on that narrow shoulder, then darts all the way across to the left lane. Wtf :) I’m always around these crazy fricks.

I don't if it is the worst, but the drivers are some of the dumbest. Some of the most dangerous drivers I have ever seen.

I don't know if it's "the worst" but it's amazingly bad for such a straight stretch of roadway. The stretch six miles on either side of Ferrara is simply ridiculous with people driving either 45 in the left lane or 90 in either lane (and then the two of them meeting up).

Sometimes I wonder if it cursed for running through some long-forgotten Indian burial mound or something.

Yeah. They need to widen it between Livingston and Slidell, with a center barrier and lighting.

They just added a lane to the stretch by Mandeville/Covington.

As far as worst stretch in the country, I've heard 79 from Pittsburgh to the WV line makes Louisiana roads look good.

I12 is child's play compared to I10 between Breaux Bridge and BR. Also I10 at the Texas/LA state line

I call the stretch between LA Avenue and the Basin Bridge the Cajun autobahn. When it's flowing, it's magical. Then you have the days when, even with THREE lanes, they have some arse hat doing 71 in the left lane.

Yep, it's pretty much a straight shot between them, yet drivers still find a way to smash into each other or cause accidents in this dry weather.
