I was worried until I read this. You aren't married. Cut loose unless you choose to let her decide religion aspects of your family.
If you can't do that, then find someone else.

Depends on how you define “successfully”.
I was in your boat. I was agnostic when I got married. My wife wasn’t. Ultimately, I gave my life to Christ, but if I hadn’t, most likely I would have left or she would have (probably me).
Here’s the problem. No matter how much you love each other, your beliefs dictate how you frame reality. They drive what you think and ultimately how you act in the world. In order to do life with someone who’s beliefs are opposite of yours requires a ton of mental gymnastics. One of you (or both) will get tired of doing that eventually. Not saying it’s impossible, but I’ve never seen people grow old together in a mutually satisfied relationship this way.
The conventional (simplest) solution would be for you to just suck it up and go to church with her, but based on your post, it appears that not only do you disagree with what she believes, but you seem to have disdain for it. Based on that, you absolutely should not even be thinking about marriage right now and kids should be way off the radar.
This isn’t something that y’all can “just work out”. You’ll have to change or she will.

None of us know the answers to these questions. Ultimately, the fedora-tipping atheist and the Bible-thumper who "knows that he knows that he knows that he's saved" (because the hand of God made a whiskey bottle explode when he touched it or whatever) are cut from the same arrogant cloth.
OP's wife has it right. She doesn't know jack, but she participates as an act of faith, out of respect for tradition and her elders, and out of optimism.

If you can’t sit though a 30 minute TV sermon for your SO without getting your panties in a wad then you have more problems than just being agnostic.
