We are now ranked in the Top 10 by pretty much everybody now.

do consider it an error to have not developed Hines more through the early season. The guy has ridiculous juice in the bat. I’d like to have seen him be able to have 35-40 ABs under his belt by now.

He was good today.

First flyball to center was hit well and high enough to mess up the CFer. Knocked in the crucial 3rd run.

Missed a HR later in the game due to wind.

Legged out an IF single.

He’s going to be a stud.

We went from wondering if we would win a SEC series , to winning 3 series in a row over ranked opponents … I will take Ws however they come

BRB going to delete my post history from after the Kentucky series.

We got hosed on a clear strike three that kept them alive and allowed the second run to score.

And he rung us up on the same pitch an inning later.

Maybe in basketball don’t know much about that but in baseball when a kid is pushing like he is. Some down time can help you clear your mind.

So can going 4-5 with a couple of dingers against Samford.

You don’t sit your potential first round pick.

17 sec wins gets Bama a regional. 13 wins will probably get them in.

17 probably = host
We’re fortunate not to have gotten shutout (although the wind might’ve kept a few balls in the yard) and somehow won a road series against #11 OU.

I’ll take it.

Just win baby.
E6

We might be getting Lebron back for another year.

Idk
Upchurch apparently got taped up and came back in the game.
Upchurch tweaked his ankle on the shitty turf

Why not wear turf shoes instead of spikes on turf?

Pitching change

3-1 Bama
Upchurch with a leadoff walk

This dude is just really struggling to stay ahead in counts

Freshman problems
Top one

Bases loaded - nobody out

Torres and Lemm with two of the worst ABs you’ll ever see - back to back Ks

Back to back wild pitches/ passed balls scored 2

Deep FB to CF by Hines the the CF lost in the sun scored another

3-0 headed to B1

EDIT.... damn, he had 2lbs of weed. Yeah judge, let the man go free. He ain't did nothing wrong!

It’s fricking weed my guy.

Nobody should be in prison over a damn weed charge.

Idc if it was a semi trailer full of weed.

Not in the volume he had. He had enough to last a heavy smoker lighting up every day several years. Good thing he smoked (Tuscaloosa cops made disappear) that last little bit to save the mandatory 3 year trafficking sentence.

“Let’s ruin the kids life over weed.” - the racist rant
It’s weed.

Literally legal in most states.

Alabama just happens to be a bass ackwards state.

“OMG SEND HIM STRAIGHT TO PRISON FOR LIFE!!” -tRant

How should we crown an end-of-season 3 way (or more) tie if they all beat each other during the season?

Who really GAS?

Alabama won the regular season last year.

Does anybody care? No.
quote:

They had runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out in the 7th. We walked the next guy to load them up. Struck out the next guy to get two outs, and then during the next AB the runner on 3rd tried a delayed steal to steal home and was thrown out by a mile

That was the bottom of the 8th and things were looking bleak with Steckmesser kinda struggling to stay in the zone.

Can’t believe they tried that. Still wondering if the coach called it or the player called it.

If you are going to troll, at least get your facts straight. Auburn is 1-0 against Alabama in WBB.

Thank you for this clarification. I guess that explains why our WBB coach was shipped down to USF.
April 5 will mark one year since Auburn has beaten Alabama in a men’s sport.

At least WBB was somehow able to split with Alabama.

Aside from that, April 5 would be one year since beating Alabama in virtually any sport.
