Lots of studies these days about daily dosing of Viagra greatly reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s. I’m getting out ahead of it.

16:8 intermittent fasting, weightlifting split 4 x a week, jump rope.

Tons of water and lots of fiber. Start eating more spinach/kale salads, don't be afraid of dried prunes and Metamucil (life changer!). I take both daily.

When's the last time you've gotten labs? Are you short on any vitamins? Are you taking a daily multivitamin or other supplements?

I’m way over the 39, I moved 2 yards of mulch and a yard of river silt the other day. Today I completed worked on an accent wall of my friends house. A few weeks back I had to demo a 12X20 deck, by myself.
Never stop working, if you do, you get old fast.
I help with a number of golf tournaments every year, Folds of Honor, First Responders and KBG. I’ve built homes with Habitat for Humanity, worked with the BTR Food Bank. Open and close shelters with the Red Cross.
Stay busy my friend, find something you like to do.

How fat are you?

I am 57, have 3 stressful jobs, and care for my elderly parents. I used to be tired all the time but medical tests showed low thyroid levels. I take thyroid and some vitamin supplements daily. I try to eat healthy food and exercise regularly.

I'm a BC powder junkie myself. But its better than the hydrocodones I ate for years. I have neck and shoulder problems. Some days are ok, but majority it hurts, and nothing really helps other than BC, which also have caffeine. At work, depending on what I'm doing that day, I may put in 10K steps, I may have to sit on my arse for 12 hrs. Them days, I tried to get up and move around when I can. I stay busy doing something. These younger cats are lazy and can literally sit and start at YouTube for 12 hrs. I can't do it. When I do gotta sit and baby sit computer monitors, thats the times I'm on here, lol...

Going to take them forever?

I’m 50 and would not even consider that. I just go to the bar…that keeps me young.

Lower carbs and sugars. Take out seed oils from diet. Boost your proteins and fats.

Take a 15 minute walk after eating.

Better question... what is SHE taking?

Sad that you only last 2 mins at a time.

Get a sleep study.

Get your blood work checked, including testosterone levels.

Cut out sugar in your diet.

Sleep at least 9 hrs if possible.

Work out or at least walk 2-3x per week

Take high quality cbd tincture before bed.

43 here. Started running Jan last year. Hated running, ex-catcher, but have a buddy that kept pushing me to start. Trained and finished my 2nd half marathon in Feb at 1:45. Not sure how big you are, I’m 5’10 and was around 210. I’m 180 now and in the best shape since college when I played ball.

Not saying you gotta start running, just start something. Consistency is the absolute key.

Im at the point where if I miss a day, or have a few too many bourbons, I feel like complete dog shite, so those days are fewer and fewer now.

Good luck!

I've tested a couple times in my 20's. Both times it was "like holy shite, how are you alive" scores. I tried a CPAP and just couldn't do it. I ended getting having surgery for a deviated septum and it helped some. I can't sleep on my back or left side at all. Its my right side and stomach only. It sucks.
