Thanks, I enjoyed that one. Ok if I watch it way too many times?
Never went to full length of a mortgage. My first house, moved out in 13 years. Second house I built, financed with a friend of mine, he financed 7 houses, took in over $5,000 a month.

The second house I built, my friend financed it at a better rate than the bank, got a 15 year loan. But by paying every other week, it knocked it back to 12 years 8 months. But I payed it off in 8 years.
At one time I owned 3 houses at the same time. For years I built and flipped houses.
Not many folks go the extent of a loan.

Chicken, Green Onion Smoked Sausage, Andouille and Tasso Gumbo.
I’ve used Fords, Rams, Chevys and Toyotas.
For you drive them all, pick a used one with 50-60,000 miles. See the one that’s held up better. Make your choice.
In the BTR area, I have friends that own Toyota and Ford. I have relatives that own GMC. Let me know if you need anything.

Discount Tire has cornered the market locally on great pricing great service.

I make an appointment for tire rotation, drive up, within 30 minutes, I drive off. I got 65,000 miles on my first set. I have 78,000 on my tires now, looks like I could get 90,000.

I agree, in my younger days, I did machinist work. They stayed with the motors that worked. It’s not that hard. Much of the same with transmissions.
Wrap them with cloth, plastic wrap, then put one of these over it.

Bib Covers

Also open cabinet doors with hose bibs on outside walls. Allow the heat from inside to transfer.

Want a transmission and engine without issues? Armada with the 5.6

The minivan or this. The more proven motor and transmission. My daughter is on her second. Great ride, ample room. It has the 4 captain chairs and bench seat in the back. Plus room for storage. The Armada can tow up to 8,500 lbs.

Problem with Ford and Chevy, they keep changing motors and transmissions, find something that works and stay with it.
I’d use Discount Tire. They will handle the warranty and tire rotation and balance. Also note, if you buy a new vehicle, they will handle the warranty, rotation and balance. Just drive up and talk with a sales rep.
It’s too bad we had to go through a 40 year high inflation, the last 4 year of the previous administration!

Guess some forgot?

Call Adrian, he did work for me at my daughter’s house. Tell him Dad recommended him. He can reattach the sink. He did the work in the Cypress area. Best of luck. He should be way under the $500 mark. Let me know how it works out.
