I was asked to build a house for a good friend, at the time I was busy. He found a contractor to oversee the construction. The very first thing I told him, I’d rather write 200 checks, than one. Always owe them money. During the moving in of their new home, he got together a punch list. After weeks of calling, he called me. I asked, what do you still owe him. A little less than $19,000. He gave me the punch list, I had two guys finish it in a day, saved him thousands. Easy fix.
My Dad was a Marine, before he died, I took him to this museum. We have been going down to the Rio Grande Valley for years. Not far from the Rio, a town called Harlingen, they have a great Iwo Jima museum, if around that way, worth a stop.

The prices didn't get to where they are because of Trump. Prices are where they are because of the four years prior to Trump. Biden's 9% inflation got the prices to where they are. Trump's 2% inflation is a huge improvement. Where would the prices be if Biden's 9% inflation had continued till now?

I spent 12 days in Omaha, for the 2023 NC. I thought that was one of the better mixture of teams assembled. As for LSU Baseball, I attended game way before Skip was there.
Once Skip got there, didn’t take long to figure, he knew what he was doing. Much of the same with Jay.

How long did it take to assemble?
My family got back a little over a week ago. Cruise ship stops at Island of Roatan, Belize, Costa Maya and Island of Cozumel. No problems.

Jay has done a great job putting together this team. It’s early, but they are very good. Once again, the SEC is very tough.
I often say, Coaches and Players, many times, it’s the off the field items that gets them.
As for Lane, he has a brand he can push. LSU Football with NC, Heisman Trophy Winners, LSU Woman’s Basketball and 2 out of three years LSU Baseball NC. Kids in sports follow a college, not just their selective sport.
I’ve said before, LSU has money people, go into a Tiger Stadium Suite, I’ve been in a number. Those people want a winning program, they spend the money.
Lane knows he can win a NC at LSU. Name another school Les and O could win a NC at besides LSU?
