45 here and yeah the fatigue is real. I am trying my best to watch what I eat and drink as much water as I can.

Some days are better than others but I tell myself gotta keep on keeping on.

I also had to cut back on my drinking

Stressful job. Raising small children. I'm 39 and slowing down. I need to get back in the gym and lose some weight, but I'm so frickin tired at the end of every single day.

Just do what I did. Power through it for a couple years because that’s what you are supposed to do until you go to your annual physical that you missed for 2 years because you were so busy and bloodwork leads to a cancer diagnosis.

Or…go to a doctor and make sure your labs are normal.

I've been taking B complex vitamins for a few weeks. May be placebo effect but I feel mentally sharper.

it usually helps me to eat more vegetables. Other than that, I just push through it.

51 and I now take 5 g of creatine and a 20 mg sildenafil every day. I also make it a priority to do cardio and lift weights (I dont overdo it) 3 or 4 days per week. Try to do at least a 16:8 intermittent fast each day. Feel better and have a clearer mind than I’ve had in a many, many years.

Also, I had a sleep study and got prescribed a c-pap two years ago. Life-changing.

I was at 250ish

I had lab work done about 6 months ago and my total testosterone was 2.4 ng/ml (240 ng/dl)... so I'm guessing injections is something I need to look into. I'm 48, definitely seem more tired than in the past, and it is much harder for me to lose weight than it used to be.

39-42 were my best years, as far as physical strength and stamina.

The magic pill you are looking for is your mind. You need to flip that switch. I felt that way at some points, only thing that helped was me telling myself I wasn't going down that easy. Hot pissed at myself. Flip the fricking switch man. Start small, don't try to take on too many changes at once, it can be overwhelming.

I try to prioritize good sleep - magnesium, ltheanine, slow release melatonin 1 MG. I find that if I get 1.5 hours of REM I feel good, otherwise I don’t. I use the Oura sleep ring to track.

Prob not a bad idea to get your T checked too - I am 35 and not on T but plan to prob get on it in my 40s once I drop below good range

Also - lift weights 3x a week and then work some cardio / sauna time in.

Wait, you take Viagra every day but not specifically for sexual intercourse ? Ive never taken Cialis (tadalifil ?) before- but i believe it’s designed to be taken every day, i dont think youre supposed to do that with Viagra .. of course it was originally designed as a heart medication, so maybe it isnt that bad .

check thyroid levels too because underactive can mimic many of same symptoms

diet, exercise, and quality sleep as others have pointed out

I began TRT in my mid-50s and it's been revolutionary but check the above boxes in the process

I got a bottle of one a day vitamins as a joke when I turned 50. Started taking them and felt a ton better after a few days on them . Ive been taking them ever since.
Other than that it's caffeine, nicotine and ibuprofen that keep me rolling.
