Dr. Jerry Mixon, founder of the Longevity Health Clinic near Seattle, has stated that testerone injections are only effective for about one year. He is a proponent of testerone cream for long-term use.

Eat real foods that you buy raw and cook yourself. And exercise

Don’t drink or smoke.

I’m 76 and have been living this way forc20 years. It’s real simple and will also save you money.

Everything else is a gimmick.

Check testosterone levels

Check thyroid levels

Stop eating fast food

A “real food” diet of fresh organic beef and chicken, fresh fruit, pasties raised eggs, organic vegetables

Eat carbs yes but try to keep them to vegetables with high fiber like sweet potatoes and not over processed bread

Exercise regularly

Meditate

Cut out any nicotine

MINIMIZE ALCOHOL as much as you can

What does this mean ‘as much as you can’ ? How weak would you have to be to not be able to minimize, or eliminate alcohol entirely ? Literally anyone is capable of doing that, unless maybe you are a beer sales rep or liquor company owner, something along those lines… if not, then you for sure have a problem…. i think going teetotal is the best way to live longer and healthier .

My T was 230 a few years ago. Started taking TRT and much better. I’m very active at work, climbing, walking, lifting. So that is most of my exercise. Drink water all day and only drink alcohol on weekends (mostly). Pretty much eat whatever I want but I eat a bunch of fruit anyway.

One tidbit which might be worth considering, how’s your sleep at night? Do you snore or wake often? You might need a sleep study. Surprising how apnea or restless leg syndrome can effect (or does affect fit here?) how you feel every damn day about mid-afternoon.
