I donate to non profit charities every year but yet, they are always out of supplies, out of money, or my Church does a damn expansion with 60” wide TVs and shite. Not to mention, my pastor who I love by the way banks in $300,000 a year along with Church staff making more bank then me. I’m done donating

This is a major problem in our bigger churches. Jesus would've turned some tables over by now.

They are more devout and therefore god blesses them more

Why people donate to these bs "churches" that have stages with sound and lighting systems that look like a theater and have pastors making far more than 100,000k is beyond me. You're suckers.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could do the same thing with your taxes?

I bet you'll keep going to that Church every Sunday, though.

This is ridiculous. I can assure my priest doesn’t make more than 50k a year. We have daily mass, 5 on Sunday and he does a shite ton of funerals and weddings. He still fits in time to visit the sick.
Every time I see him, he’s wearing shirts that are old and have holes in them. I’ve seen people give him clothes, but he just gives them away to the homeless.
He’s a great Christian.

Then don’t donate. I haven’t donated anything in years.

The VAST majority of "charities" are money-making SCAMS.
And, this includes some of the biggest, like the American Red Cross.
People give to the American Red Cross during disasters because they feel like they have to do something for the "victims." Well, giving to the Red Cross is the worst thing you can do.
A few years back the Red Cross ran some campaign to collect for a disaster (I believe it was the 9/11 "victims." They collected tens of millions (maybe even hundreds of millions) and spent a small percentage on those victims. Instead they pocketed the money and spent it on their higher-ups and politicized friends and causes.
They were sued and lost. The courts told them that if they advertised for a particular cause they must spend the money they collect for THAT cause.
So, every time the country (or world) has some sort of natural disaster, your should NOTICE how the Red Cross scams their donor.
They no longer say, "Give to help the victims of Natural Disaster X."
Instead, they say something to the effect of, "Gives to help the victims of natural disasters, like the victims of Natural Disaster X."
In this way, they are USING the victims of these natural disasters to collect tens of millions but aren't obligated to actually spend ONE F*CKING DIME on them.
Pay attention to the next American Red Cross commercial that occurs right after some sort of natural disaster and notice the subtle SCAM word-play for yourself.

Just wait until he starts asking for a patronage (house paid for by the church and not taxed, see Jesse Duplantis), or a jet (see Jesse Duplantis too).

You can always move to Louisiana to participate in JBE's tax code.
Tax the residents to generate a multi-million $ state surplus.

“Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!
But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money!”
