It does. In Alabama it can send the 25 year old to prison. Yeah she knows what she's getting into, but it still goes back to responsibility.

All things being equal, to the teenage male, having sex is having sex. 16 or 26 very few teenage boys are walking away from the nookie. That being said, I do not see the teenage boy as a victim. The teacher should know better, but again, little to no harm is done to the teenage boy. He will want to have sex with anyone willing, before and after.

Again, you claim that teenage boys are essentially incapable of turning down sex, yet also claim that they aren't being manipulated. Just because sex is a pleasurable activity doesn't mean that the surrounding circumstances are always benign. A person can most definitely be manipulated into doing something that they think they want. A 6-year-old thinks they want a chocolate bar, but they probably don't realize the danger of hopping into the white van to get it.

Who the hell ever claimed that the problem here was that the kid's sex drive would be affected?
There are consequences to sleeping around with anyone and everyone willing to shack up. Whether to your life or theirs. and whether you admit/realize it or not. You clearly perceive sex as nothing more than a pleasure-inducing activity, which would lead me to believe that you are OK with 70-year-old men jacking off 12-year-olds or your son having sex with animals.
Ah, but of course you'll throw out that magic word: consent. But why the hell would we ever need to worry about consent when clearly nothing negative could ever come from sex? Right?....Right?
Or maybe you do in fact believe that sex can carry negative ramifications, which would therefore necessitate consent? If so, what are those negative ramifications?
And one final question of course. If, by your own admission, teenage boys are incapable of turning down sex if it's offered to them, are they truly capable of consenting?

These are the type of guys that spend what is supposed to be their empty nest years raising a grandchild because they failed to teach their son or daughter responsibility and consequences for their actions.
