Felony theft? How much water did he steal? My water bill is $30 a month. It would take a few years to reach felony level....
Isn't this what the left would call "election interference?"...
I take mine off if I'm working with tools or messing around with something that may catch on it so I don't rip off my finger. Sometimes I'll switch to the silicon ring, but that's about it....
You are in luck! We have like 87 lawyers here, ranging from the barely literate to the functionally retarded. They know their stuff. If you need some help, just let em know!
[img]https://media3.giphy.com/media/WmbsyETcsFJnfLbXQ6/200w.gif?cid=6c09b952q90spao51jcimvstojsw78a56xln8toq...
Lawyer here. Not "wealthy" not broke either. Self-employed and do pretty well for myself, and get to do all of the extracurricular activities with the kids. I could kill myself working and probably ball out, but I'm a self-employed lawyer for the flexibility and not having to miss out on my kids ...
7% isn't the affordability problem 7% with high valuations is the problem.
Exactly. My house was purchased by the previous owner in the 90s for like 130k. I bought it in 2017 for $215k. Just had it appraised last year for $315k after making some improvements. I wouldn't be ...
Which real estate agent do you work for? While your post isn't wrong, most buyers still cant swing the monthly note due to the interest rate. My facebook is full of realtors trying to convince people that now is a perfect time to buy. While you can probably get the house for a lot less than aski...

re: Anyone collect baseball cards?

Just got back into it recently. Been more into football lately, but I did have some 1990 baseball cards left unopened from when I was a kid. I use it as a bonding time with my son explaining to him the players and all that. Little shite pulled a Sammy Sosa rookie card from the old baseball packs. ...
Have not bought a single Nike item in over a decade and will never buy anything from them
Same. It's become more fashionable urban wear than something I want to wear to work out in. I cant find anything i like anymore when i do browse their stuff....
Personally, I am against forcing American women into the military and quite possibly into combat. Would you want your daughter, granddaughter, sister, or wife to be drafted?
I dont want my son's or brother drafted either, but I understand it may also be necessary, and if equality i...
It's probably a bit high, not insane if the lawyer has a good reputation. Call some other attorneys and meet with them and see what they would charge. From what I tend to see is $7,500 to $10,000 per felony if common place. ...
How did this start? Did some OT baw think it was a flex they woke up early
I always assumed it was padding stats for posts. I do enjoy the bs banter in it sometimes....
I don't do much billing work, FWIW.
I don't post much, but probably spend just as much time as you on here. I think I may know who you are and may have a case or two with you or I'm thinking of someone else who is probably Stout or another lurker....
Everyone needs to stop marrying the first piece of pussy they find. Do not marry the wrong woman. It will the biggest mistake you ever make. It touches every facet of your life. You can make mistakes, its ok just dont frick this one up.
No shite. Quit ignoring red flags and d...
And also both parties can agree to waive child support altogether, and I would wager if that happens its usually by some of those "good actors". My wife has said she would if we ever split because she knows I will take care of my kid.
This works until she gets mad at you or you ref...
Above a certain amount, child care amounts should be audited,
There is a statute in Louisiana that allows this to happen. It's rarely used because if it's frivolous or you can't show just cause for it, you would have to pay attorney's fees of the opposing party....
I used my own salary as a teacher, but I get your point. I guess it’s eye opening because it seems to assume that the dad won’t contribute anything else. I’m sure that $800 isn’t available to him when he wants to buy his kids birthday presents, take them on vacation, or do fun stuff on tho...
I'm definitely the cook between my wife and me .... always have been. I grew up in a restaurant family, but I just love cooking. I actually believe that men are usually the better cooks.
Same here. Since I opened my own office, my wife has been cooking more often, though. S...

re: Lawyer search

I turn these away too often. You dont give any details, and you may have a legit case, but usually when someone contacts me they failed a drug screen or didn't show up for work. Louisiana is an "at will" employment state, you can be fired for really any reason as long as it's not discriminatory....

re: Supreme Court Rulings?
'Shall not be infringed" is very clear and concise!!
I 100% agree with you. I also know how the courts work sometimes. Given this guy's history of gun violence, I assumed they would have tried to spin it to keep him from possessing a firearm. If my recollection of the case is c...
