Absolutely. The low says slower traffic to the right. It has no parameters. No exceptions. Your personal feelings don’t mean shite. Slower to the the right. And it don’t matter if you are doing the speed limit in the left. Slower traffic to right. There are dumb arses on this board that are not capable of understanding this. They were just born stupid.
