I love these threads. It's where the OT, which we already know is incapable of performing simple arithmetic, proves that it is also too stupid to grasp "keep right unless passing".

Yes because the left lane is for passing, not cruising. Unless the person going 75 is passing people and then no.

Well you found the right link. If you read the statute and are capable of comprehending it, that is what it tells you. Read section B 1a It also doesn’t say stay in the left if you are doing the speed limit. You are a very simple minded individual. Comprehend the statute or get someone to help you. I just don't get why speeders refuse to just pass me on the right. They would rather tailgate me until I get off at my exit than take 2 seconds to change lanes. Why should I be bothered to change lanes to allow someone else to speed? If they want to speed so bad they can do it without my assistance.

Yep combination of the two, speed difference is the big killer.
Both are at fault, the speeders and the left lane riders. People need to get their ego in control and just allow traffic to flow. Zipping in and out of lanes and holding up traffic both contribute equally to not allowing faster flow.
