It doesn't say anything in that statute about speed limits. So it doesn't say "unless the person behind you is speeding"

But to those who want to go 85mph and think they should NEVER have to slow down at any point and flip out because I'm going 75-80 while actually passing a car and they can't stand the fact that they have to slow down for 3 seconds so I can finish my pass, frick those clowns. They're just as bad as the person who cruises in the left lane.

I usually wait until there's a clear path for the person to get over to the right lane before I get mad.

Notice how the sign doesn't say "Slower but not going over the speed limit"? That means regardless of your speed, if you are in the inside lane and someone going faster comes up behind you then move over.

Your argument is based on a flawed principle. You bitch at those tho break the law by cruising in the left lane while you break a law by speeding. Why do you expect someone to obey that sign while you ignore a speed limit sign?

Clairification:
This also applies if they are CONTINUALLY passing vehicles.
This is a whole 'nother issue altogether if you are bitching because someone is "cruising" in the left lane and what is really happening is that you expect them to pull to the right, decelerate, clear the path for the One True King of the Road, and move back to attain the desired speed.

I meant on a road where the speed limit is 70.... There is no need to be passing a car doing 70, if you pass me and Im doing 70, you are breaking the law.

That's not for you to enforce. What you are required by law to do is get the frick out of the left lane unless you are actively passing.
