Scroll down on the 1st page of this thread. I found it on twitter at @Brian Entin. A poster dropped his name.

Look at the second floor sliding glass door in this image. You can see all 3 floors.

The second floor sliding glass door is a walk out. No climbing involved at all. Come on, you even posted a picture of it.

Cool. Then why don't you STFU until you do? Because you sound like a freaking idiot.
Are you the guy in the movie theater asking your boyfriend questions about the plot through the entire film?

Door dash a few minutes later and it might not have happened - well at least not then.

Yeah, chances are that he would've just made another lap, he was out there driving by the house every 7 minutes or so.

Are you having reading comprehension issues? I never once implied that it wasn't a walk out, I was actually correcting someone who didn't understand the layout of the house

Crazy how a few minutes can make a difference. Door dash a few minutes later and it might not have happened - well at least not then.

I don't door dash, how accurate are those times I wonder? I've used apps like that where you forget to punch a button and it could be 15 mins later when he got back to the next restaurant? Or is it likely that's very accurate?

FBI put out a statement that they did not direct the Indiana police to make a stop, so the guy who said that he had a source in IN was correct. I am curious what driving behaviors would tip off someone working interdiction to criminal activity.

I believe they spoke with the DD driver and verified the timing

Again reminds me of Sharon Tate murders. The young man in his car leaving after trying to sell some stereo equipment to the caretaker who lived in the guest cottage. Another 3-4 minutes or so and he would not have been killed. I know BK isn’t part of some hippie cult and Tex has the women to help him, but parts of this crime are eerily similar.

seems like door dash came and left, xana and ethan were up
killer comes into sliding glass door, kills them
goes upstairs and kills the two girls together in one room, dog is barking and spooks him and he leaves the knife sheath
goes back downstairs and is seen leaving by dylan heading towards sliding glass door

terrible story, hope he rots in hell

Using that picture of the house and the affidavit, it appears that Ethan and Xana's room was not really on the way or in the way of going upstairs.

So it still makes it very unclear why they were killed and DM's life spared. I was just trying to understand the layout and order of events.

I think he murdered the two girls on third floor (where he left the sheath) and then killed xana and ethan on second floor and then left. Xana is shown to have been alive at 4:12am using her tiktok app...

I think this is mostly likely correct.

Goes upstairs, murders girls, comes downstairs and is confronted by either Xana or Ethan, so he kills them too. Then he hightails it out of there and doesn't see Dylan have her door cracked open.

Possible. Although I am thinking he killed the girls on 3rd floor first.

Looking at NATidefan's blueprint and the exterior photo, as well as reading the affidavit, the girls were killed in the bedroom over Dylan's room, and the dog was locked in the bedroom over the kitchen.

The security camera next door which was in close vicinity to Xana's room picked up noise around 4:17. I'm thinking that was him killing Xana and Ethan.

Also notice on that blueprint (if it is right) the direction Dylan's door swings. If she had it open and he came down those stairs to leave, he would have been looking right at her. If he comes the other way from the living room, then she can see him and he may not notice her.

Only note, in the affidavit it states she was on social media on her phone at that time which lines up with her story.

It doesn’t say Dylan was on her phone on social media. It says Dylan was asleep and awoken (not that she was on her phone) and heard someone say “there’s someone here.” Affidavit speculated that was Kernodle, as Kernodle’s phone indicated SHE was awake and on Tik Tok.

While it's all a crazy story what baffles me (aside from several things) is how this guy is so confident he will be exonerated. Especially after reading this affidavit. It was either 1000000% him or someone used his car, knife & cell phone
