With the amount of times he was around the house and ease of entry, can definitely see him being in the house prior to the night Of the killings. He may even use that in his defense. “I broke in but didn’t kill anyone”

How did the perp know his way around the house, who was in what room, in the dark, assuming he'd never been there before?

???

We don't know for sure he hadn't been inside before.

He definitely staked the place out several times before from the outside though.

don't think the above diagrams are right. One of the girls was asleep on the bottom floor. It could have been on the couch, but it seems like the most likely door to enter was on the ground floor? I was looking on google maps to see how easy it was to get to the 2nd floor. There's sliding glass doors there but its a deck from what I can tell and maybe a raised deck as in you can't walk out to the the ground from there? Obviously you could jump or something.

You really need to stop talking and go back and do several hours worth of research on this like most of us have.

Since when did it only take the most educated talking points to post? And secondly where am I wrong?

The diagrams of the house are not making sense. So I tried to go to googlemaps to located the sliding door on the 2nd story and its all blurred out.

The house is on the side of a small hill, with trees in the back. I haven't seen a picture of the back deck where the doors to the 2nd floor are located. Have you?

If the place was sold and has pictures on realtor, zillow, etc etc. Itd be easy to find a floor plan.

Have you seen the house from the outside? The diagrams posted above don't match them.

If you google image search zillow it has photos but they are blocked out from viewing once clicked on.

Pretty much everyone that has followed this case knows that he most likely entered and exited through the sliding glass door that leads out to the back yard.

Like EVERYONE knows that.

It's obvious you haven't followed this at all.

I still think the cops found the roommates non call to 911 odd so they were observing and waiting to see if she was in on it just to rule her out.

Probably were waiting to see if her or the killer had any interactions after the fact.

I understand that. But that's not really a fact either, its just DM's guess or what she last saw.

But most importantly, as I said, the house is 3 stories. Exiting from the 2nd story balcony and jumping down is a hell of a lot easier then entering from there. Maybe its easy, IDK. That's what I was asking?

Look at the second floor sliding glass door in this image. You can see all 3 floors.

Chill bra, I'm not going to apologize for not having the affidavit released today and all of the details memorized.

Using that picture of the house and the affidavit, it appears that Ethan and Xana's room was not really on the way or in the way of going upstairs.

So it still makes it very unclear why they were killed and DM's life spared. I was just trying to understand the layout and order of events.

Nobody knows that and will not, unless the killer explains it. You have not read a plethora of the available information, but are in here, ready to go to the mat, to defend the wild shite your imagination is feeding you. go read the affidavit, then go back and read your last 30 posts, and you will see why everybody thinks you are an Oweo alter.

Shut up, and read up.

It's possible that Xana was a target. He clearly didn't just go into the house randomly, there was at least one target.

He may have also just not seen Dylan. He could've killed the upstairs 2, then Xana or Ethan may have seen him when he was coming down. He kills them, and then is in a hurry to leave because shite didn't go down how he expected. In that instance, maybe he was just looking for the door, and not looking for other victims.

Just how much knife killing do you expect one man to commit in a night? At some point he needs to get away. Sounds like he booked it out of there too? We may never know exactly what he was thinking, but perhaps their stories will help clear up some of this for you.

Crazy how a few minutes can make a difference. Door dash a few minutes later and it might not have happened - well at least not then.

I know it's probably been posted, but I can't find the affidavits.

Does someone have a link?

Sounds like a few others could benefit by reading it as well.
