Both times he tried me I got the “my daughters in port Allen I just need money for gas to get across the bridge”

Seigen Ln is really like a zoo. From airline to where you exit off to go to Walmart, sams, that whole area.. You never know what you will see someone doing. You are guaranteed to see a beggar unless the weather is bad, but even then you can see something unexpected. I feel dirty just going down it.
