shite, put it inside the container during storm. You only need to be on lockdown for 10 hours or so (in a normal non stalled storm)

Your link isn’t working for me.

I’m also a little bit sure that it has been confirmed that he is ok.

I see we're still trying to push that this is more than a Cat 2 as of now. OP, please update thread title. Dorian is no longer a major hurricane.

How about you unbunch your panties and be patient? Rds has a life outside TigerDroppings.

I’m hearing it has taken a wobble to the west. Anybody got any insight to that?

Wonder if you somehow had a metal shipping container connected at the top of 4 70 feet beams that were hammered 40 feet into the earth and container sat 30 feet in air, if that could survive the storm.

Paul Allen the poster. Not Paul Allen the Microsoft co-founder.

Hmm, I know there's a TD Paul Allen. I somehow missed that he owned and island. The late Paul Allen did own an island at one point, but it was off WA state I believe.

I'm lost whatever. Hopefully the various living Pauls and their islands are OK

I am going to surmise that all the blown out walls and paneling at ground level are indicative of the storm surge that went through the buildings.

No question about it.

The latest post was from a friend of the SO's brother who said that they are sending search and rescue to the home. They have not appeared on any of the rescue lists, so far.

In the video, he said the water was up to about 7 feet at the house. Hopefully, they are safe and simply without communication.

She had two pups in her hands in that video and then was holding one with both hands. Where's the other pup??!!

I saw that too. I had to run it back and see. She handed one off to the cameraman. They have shown her 50 times today and say she is his 21 year-old daughter.

It is officially moving NW at 5MPH.

A "wobble" doesn't mean anything
