I have two kids living there. I go about twice a year. After 24 hours it’s all I can take.
Stayed this past weekend for my son’s wedding.
Tried a new hotel, The Troubadour on Gravier st. Don’t go there. It was a dump. And all for only $300.00/ night, plus $40.00 to PARK!!
We keep trying new hotels and they are awful. Haven’t stayed in one twice as they are all rip offs.
Sad, I used to love NOLA.

My wife and I used to go about 2 times per year but it's been awhile since we've been - like 7-8 years.

Bars, festivals and concerts don't interest me much anymore and I'm not driving 65 miles to go to a restaurant.

This.

Went to Commander’s a couple of months ago for Dinner.

Made three or four Pelican games during the week and ate beforehand.

We’ve got a family property nearby but no one goes there anymore.

Been going weekly and don't feel as safe as I did 20 years ago because crime is occurring over a wider area, both day and night.

It's in Kennah bra.

It’s within Kenner city limits but Orleans Parish owns it. At one time when NOPD had the resources they would sit on the service road and write speed trap tickets to cabbies and people late for their flights. NOPD can’t handle it so JPSO has a special airport unit. Again JPSO doesn’t cover Kenner but they do handle the airport. Same for Saints games. NOPD can’t handle them so JPSO does.

I haven’t stayed at the Four Seasons yet. Don’t know that I will. The Windsor Court is my favorite followed by The Roosevelt. The crowd at The Roosevelt can sometimes be annoying but not usually a major issue.

Autograph Collection by Marriott >>>>>>>>> Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Honestly I'm going to say that Marriott's array of brands are fairly consistently better than their direct Hilton competitor.

I’ve kind of stopped going because of covid and can’t really think of a good reason to resume visiting with the crime wave.

Haven't been since Dec 2019. Prior to Covid, we would take a couple of mini vacations there every year. It's only a few hours away and the wife and I love the FQ, Garden District, Warehouse District and even spent a bit of time Uptown and Mid-City. But between Latoya the Destroya, the Soros prosecutor, and the rampant crime in broad daylight that goes largely unpunished, we have mo plans to ever return.

I try to step Marriott most places. Stayed at the Lytle in Cinnci which is a new Autograph property. It is a great. I believe the Saint is Autograph but it is a bit of a weird vibe.

Since I’m allergic to lead, I don’t go near it. I even take the long way around on the Wank to go fishing in Venice.

Also, frick that bitch and her hypocritical mandates.

As little as possible. My daughter had a soccer game we had to go to a couple months ago but we didn't eat or stop anywhere else.

Before that, I probably hadn't been since Wrestlemania XXX

Used to get down there every 2-3 months. Went last weekend for the first time in a year. Had a great time.

Covid restrictions killed any desire I had to get down there for a year or so. Things were pretty normal last weekend. Will try to get back more regularly.

Pre-Covid it was once a week (I’m in BR)

Now it’s every few months. Although the last time was just a trip to Metry.

I'm 45 and have only been to New Orleans once. It was about 5 years ago. Wife and I had a good time, but we were only there for two nights. I would like to go back and do some of the tours and museums.

Live on the Northshore. I’ll average about once a week either for business or social stuff.
