Yup, they both appear to be bad. I just hooked up a cheap Rockville that I had on hand and the 3 zones that I tested are fine but dead on the others. Maybe I took a surge at some point.
Part of a bigger project. Getting rid of existing Control4 system with audio matrix. I have 2 WiiM Pro units. Gonna at least test drive this set up with the Rockville in place. I’m not an audiophile so the Rockville should work fine unless it doesn’t interact well with the WiiMs. Hopefully I can turn the knobs up to file volume and let the WiiM app handle that from there.

Audiosource AMP Repair NOLA

I have 2 Audiosource amps for my whole house audio. Both are giving me trouble. Did some troubleshooting tonight. Most of the zones aren’t working. Worth repairing? (I see these retail for $1k each). I installed them around 2017/2018. Anyone in the NOLA area who does this type of work? Just better off replacing it?

Louisiana agencies don’t use their birds this much. It’s very odd to have them all up at the same time. This isn’t Florida, baw.

LSP has birds up in NOLA and BR.
Another helicopter is circling near the Causeway in Metairie.
Plaquemines and East BR Sheriff are also showing activity with their birds.

I was a regular (not daily by any means) listener during his satellite days. The show was great. He truly is a top tier interviewer.
Then when Trump came rolling in he started to loose it. Then Covid happens and he completely lost it.
To me it felt like as Jimmy Kimmel got sucked into the liberal / Hollywood world then Howard felt he needed to follow his friend.
I stopped listening during Covid and haven’t turned back.
He also has a ton more completion today with the amount of highly niche podcasts on the market.
Then when Trump came rolling in he started to loose it. Then Covid happens and he completely lost it.

Cheese logs are money.
Gumbo is usually great too.
They had different burger buns at one time and those were money.
Also had a burger wrap that was good but that too is gone.
The one in Metairie is big and usually not too busy when I go. Hooters on the other hand around the corner is always packed.

I saw the footage. Looks like the perp just opened the passenger door and took it. The truck was parked in the street and the video was taken from the house so you don’t actually see the perp enter the vehicle.

Correct. These methods kill at contact. Can be good for commercial applications but those systems have limitations too. For example some commercial UV systems have a wiper blade to clean the glass. Anything on the glass can interfere.
Ozone can be carona discharge which is essentially mini lightning strikes making ozone gas or UV ozone. UV ozone has a bulb and the bulb could last years but the actual UV effectiveness will burn out much faster than the actual bulb. People will run these for years thinking they are getting ozone due to it being lit but it isn’t actually working.
