Do people you "see" on the internet count in this? Because I think that at least 95% of people on the internet (yes, including on tigerdroppings) have mental problems.

First clue for crazy is seeing the ones still wearing the masks. It doesn't mean they 100% have mental problems, but it certainly is a solid first indicator.
