How many people do you encounter daily who you realize have mental problems?

I ask because I was recently in an elevator with a lady who told me she spoke 15 languages. It became pretty obvious pretty quickly that wasn’t actually the case. It got me thinking about how often we encounter people who seem to be living in a completely different reality.

Edt: however, I do lift, BJJ and have moderately average cardio. That helps.

There's a guy who works somewhere I frequent, and he tells the most unbelievable stories that are definitely complete lies. Sweet love is so nice, but I can't help but laugh at some of the tales he tells.
I think he just wants to connect with patrons, so he makes wild things up to have something to say.

On most days, the only human I see is my wife. I live in the country and don't have neighbors and I only go to town maybe once every two weeks.
ETA--I dont count fishing on my boat at Lake Texoma as being around people. I go fishing 3-4 times a week but either solo or with my wife.
